Dealing effectively with the bad Person, Stressful person- Alcoholics, Bullies, Abusers, Control freaks

0coat
Now can a Person change themselves?  Is there hope for anyone?

Some people say that recognition of the problems, obstacles is basically 90 percent of the solution, and I really do also wish that next was true.. for example

Drug users, alcoholics, cheaters, abusers, adulterers, Bullies, thugs, Control freaks do   affect negatively continually too the lives of at least six others at least..

How to deal with them effectively! Even if they refuse the help..

Establish Boundaries, Set Limits, Set detachment.  One example of setting a boundary is telling a close friend, a loved one  that you prefer they not be around you if they are smoking,  drunk or high. Notice that it is specific demand, and you have to sit down and communicate this type of request explicitly with that someone. Setting a boundary like this is difficult because there is this tendency to hurt other’s feelings. But that is part of what is keeping you ineffective– your caring more about this person’s feelings than your own personal well being. Setting boundaries is about putting your own personal well being and even that of others first, and letting that be a guiding example of how to live. You know you are setting effective boundaries when you are taking back control of your own life firstly and starting to regain your own sanity–instead of being all wrapped up in the problems of a struggling smoker, rebel, drug addict or alcoholic.

“Here are some things that you can do in order to practice detachment with the struggling pervert in your life:
-Don’t do things that they should be doing themselves.
-Don’t bend over backwards to rescue them or save them from natural consequences.
-Don’t cover up for their mistakes or embarrassing situations.
-Don’t rescue them from crisis or financial situations.
-Don’t try to fix them.
-Let go of any guilt you may have about them.

Detachment is not about denying your emotions. If someone close to you dies, for example, you will probably feel sad. You can’t choose this feeling. It simply is. But we do have the power to affect the intensity of this feeling, by focusing on the positive aspects of the situation. We can also change our thinking in an attempt to eradicate irrational beliefs that might be contributing to our emotional turmoil.

The goal is not to go without emotions, the goal is to achieve some level of emotional stability. We are detaching from the negative, irrational thoughts that stir up our emotions–like the guilt we might have if we think someone’s perversity, addiction is our fault.
Detachment is difficult and takes practice.”

How to help a teenager that does not listen or how to make a bad person change to a good person.. are some of the very common search questions for this topic now too.. the critical word being change.. you can set clear boundaries, detachments, and  give wise verbal instruction to a wise person, or some kind of a reward incentive, but still he may or may not next listen to it and follow it.. a foolish person  certainly will not listen to good advice for a start, may need to hopefully learn the hard way with a rod of life’s correction LIKE THE PRODIGAL SON NEXT DID .. for  you cannot hope to change anyone still by yourself without God’s help, input in reality.

The fastest way for anyone to change is by prayers, them also praying, even by the prayers of others, reading the Bible as well.. valid support groups also still can either be pretentious, fake, wolves in sheep clothing,   or helpful?  Beware always of men and women, bullies, tormentors, control freaks,  persons, civil and public servants,  politicians, pastors, leaders, elders, who falsely do, will try to enslave you, oppress you, exploit you even while they claim they are proclaiming the truth, democracy, trying to help you, etc.,    Is 51:23 ..your tormentors {and} oppressors, those who said to you, Bow down, that we may ride {or} tread over you; and you have made your back like the ground and like the street for them to pass over.

Humble Prayer is the starting method in getting God’s help.

(Jer 14:7 KJV)  O LORD, though our iniquities testify against us, do thou it for thy name’s sake: for our backslidings are many; we have sinned against thee.

(Jer 2:19 KJV)  Thine own wickedness shall correct thee, and thy backslidings shall reprove thee: know therefore and see that it is an evil thing and bitter, that thou hast forsaken the LORD thy God, and that my fear is not in thee, saith the Lord GOD of hosts.

(Jer 3:22 KJV)  Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art the LORD our God.

(Jer 5:6 KJV)  Wherefore a lion out of the forest shall slay them, and a wolf of the evenings shall spoil them, a leopard shall watch over their cities: every one that goeth out thence shall be torn in pieces: because their transgressions are many, and their backslidings are increased.

It also now seems that unresolved problems tend to make us seek God. How to draw closer to God. You have wanted God to speak to you for a long time. You have wanted to talk to God and get answers back. This  is an opportunity for you to have a dialogue with God. God too wants to communicate with you. You might have been in church, a crusade, in your room, or outside under the stars. You felt God’s call, but you didn’t know exactly what God wanted you to do. You knew you were going to do something special, but you didn’t know what it was. Now you can also find out God’s plan for you, and others too and the literature is all free too.   It teaches you how to hear God’s voice.  God will teach you many things you need to know.  Valid spiritual tools to help you make conscious contact with God: Praise, Prayer, Humbleness, Obedience, the Bible. Get yourself ready where God speaks to you  Do see http://pbulow.tripod.com/wait.html    and http://pbulow.tripod.com/voice.html

More about Control freaks- Is being a control freak an major illness too? Is there really a cure for it..

If you are a   Control freak you are not only still unrealistic, immature, immoral person  but you  may have a serious personality disorder.  Even if you work for Bell,  Sympatico or Stephen Harper, etc,

You are a menace, plus a real danger to yourself and to others, for you are an abuser, a human rights violator too.

Having clearly now an exaggerated emphasis of your own self importance, being tottally in  control is part of a cluster of behaviors that can be labeled as compulsive and generally characterized by perfectionism, orderliness, workaholic tendencies, an inability to make commitments or to trust others and a real cover-up for your fear of having your own flaws exposed. You are exposed now still too..

All  these type of Persons who  believe they can protect themselves by staying in control of every aspect of their lives, or of others, including their relationships are idiots, fools, grossly in error, in need of professional help, good pastoral counseling.

I rightfully  believe in the right of free speech, mine, yours, everyone else’s and not solely yours.

Most all of you have had to contend with control freaks and they are found everywhere, in Corporations, at  home, in churches too.. These are those people who insist on having their way in all interactions with you. They wish to set the agenda and decide what it is you will do and when you will do it. You know who they are – they have a driving need to run the show and call the shots. Lurking within the fabric of the conversation is the clear threat that if you do not accede to their needs and demands, they will be unhappy.. and they will delete your post…

While in reality God has made us all equal, and GAVE US ALL MOUTHS WE CAN SPEAK WITH, EARS TO LISTEN, it seems some people, in churches, on the net, elsewhere, they  still wrongfully do think they are better than others, or want to dominate others, do try to give orders to others, do try to make rules for others  that they too often themselves do not follow too, they are in fact still bullies..  and now why is that? and who do they think they are now that they are so special? Mere fools. They mostly have a hidden agenda, they are falsely seeking fame, power, control, a position of prestige, for they are immoral slave drivers trying to walk on the back of others…

I really do love now all my wordpress blogs for they not only do  they allow me to exercise my own right of free speech, and allow my right to be heard by others too now

I have already mentioned it to you rightfully and often too  before that I often get letters from some persons telling me what I can and cannot write on their sites, rather them wanting to write all of my posts too it seems. Many disturbed persons are now disturbed by the contents of my posts, so these  ostriches try to find a false excuse not to deal with it, and try to instead falsely delete it. The control freaks  emotional stakes includes their own identity and sense of well-being. Being in control gives them the temporary illusion and sense of calmness, a false feeling of superiority. and what fools they are when in reality they are so far from it now too.

Control freaks or Bullies, abusers, wrongfully do cause  others stress so they can maintain a false sense of order. These people themselves firstly are are still riddled mostly with anxiety, fear, insecurity, and anger. They’re very critical of themselves their lover and their friends, but underneath all that still too that supposedly perfect outfit and great body is a mountain of real unhappiness, unresolved guilt, disturbed person.

Certainly, it’s natural to want to be in control of your life. But when you have to be in control of the people around you as well, well you have gone crazy, become a fool, a demonic controlled person who can’t rest until you get your way and you are headed down a very bumpy ride, it is easier to try to control yourself, and impossible to control all the others.

(1 Cor 9:27 KJV)  But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

Beware always of men and women, bullies, tormentors, control freaks,  persons, civil and public servants,  politicians, pastors, leaders, elders, who falsely do, will try to enslave you, oppress you, exploit you even while they claim they are proclaiming the truth, democracy, trying to help you, etc.,

Is 51:23 ..your tormentors {and} oppressors, those who said to you, Bow down, that we may ride {or} tread over you; and you have made your back like the ground and like the street for them to pass over

Is 55:7 Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the Lord, and He will have love, pity, {and} mercy for him, and to our God, for He will multiply to him His abundant pardon. 8 For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, says the Lord. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.
Is 56:10 watchmen are blind, they are all without knowledge; they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; dreaming, lying down, they love to slumber.

The need to control is almost always fueled by anxiety – though control freaks seldom recognize their fears. At work, they may worry about failure. In relationships, they may worry about not having their needs met. To keep this anxiety from overwhelming them, they try to control the people or things around them. They have a hard time with negotiation and compromise and they can’t stand imperfection. Needless to say, they are difficult to live with, work with and/or socialize with.

Is 57:4 Against whom do you make sport {and} take your delight? Against whom do you open wide your mouth and put out your tongue? Are you not yourselves the children of transgression, the offspring of deceit–

“Those who demand the most often give the least.”  Ask them to send you something or do something for you. By asking something of them, you will be indicating that you are not intimidated or diminished by their behavior patterns. In order to not feel degraded, humiliated and have your sense of self and self worth assaulted, you need to avoid being bulldozed by a controlling lover, boss or friend. When you are caught up in a truly destructive/controlling attachment, the best response may still also still be to expose them. call the police and walk out.

IT IS NOW MORE  RARE BUT I DO ALSO NOW STILL GET BULLIED BY RELIGIOUS BULLIES, ABUSERS TOO..  not just by the past bad cops

The WRONGFULLY STILL Unrepentant  bully’s problem is that he or she is one of those bad persons  who only feels truly alive when voicing hostility and contempt for his “enemies.” Without that, he or she starts gasping for air. It’s his nature.. self-destructive” ..  clearly these immoral  Bully, Basher of others, Abusers of others has a disappointed, deflated ego, negative self worth,  most likely related to past unresolved guilt, as a result  of  that   the bully, he or she, tries falsely to   build  their ego up by bashing, hating others, by being an antagonists against  his proclaimed enemies, which too often also  is most people , for  he or she no longer trust anyone, and Abusers this is a common very typical approach, fact in the character build up of Bullies, Bashers, but their approach is futile, the subsequent feeling of self worth dissipates too quickly, are actually replaced by guilt,  and his ego, self worth likely needs to be recharged with new hate.. and is replaced with more and larger hatred of the others.  I have seen this type of wrong behavior not just in bad managers, bad politicians, bad persons, but  in alcoholics, and most often in Albertan rednecks ,but also  in religious   fundamentals evangelicals who promote hated towards Pentecostal Christians as well, and  now as well as the crooked pastor wrongfully  fighting for control over others. Public exposure and prosecution of these bad persons here too services everyone’s best interest.

Now we all seem to meet all type  of persons in real life, the control freaks, verbal and human right abusers, Bullies, enslavers, liars, cheaters, imposters, pretenders, con artists too.  And we often simply do wonder why they do not change..

Here also is what I know for sure, the older the person is the more extreme, more severe, the more difficult the punishment has  to be on them to cause them to personally to change in their own  negative ways, for they are too set in them now too.

Beware though — still today most bad persons resist changing, and do  employ false denial techniques of their wrongs, deny wrongfully their own need to change and next even build even more walls between them and others. You can see this bad approach used by  alcoholics now as well most of the time..

Being nice. kind, friendly  to a really bad person  is still also a complete waste of time, for they will not change their negative behaviors on their own, they see   no reasons to do so now still too. Sad but true. We cannot never control a bad person, a drug addict or an alcoholic, but we can learn all about it and learn firstly to control our own behavior, appropriate responses –including how we should behave in the relationship with the  sick and suffering and /or possibly manipulative addict or alcoholic, abuser..

In fact it is next impossible for anyone to try to to change others. I have seen many marriage fail cause the wife was naïve to believe she could change her husband instead of accepting him for who, what he was at the time of marriage. After all it is easier to change oneself than others too but wrongfully most people try to change others and not themselves. If it was supposedly easy to change anyone then we would not need prisons for the too often now habitually criminals in reality.

In reality also now whether you are talking now about a parent, a relative,  a spouse, criminals, alcoholics, drug addicts to what ever no one basically can be helped firstly who refused to admit they need help, and next also refuses thus next any help to change now as well.

And in truth the only people I have ever seen who manifested any  lasting, real changes were these people changed by God, who had next became born again, and to be fully truthful here too next half of them even got worse again next, a dog who returned to their vomit, they denied next the DENIED THE SAME FAITH THEY BELIEVED IN TOO.

The Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous rightfully says that only God can next heal, relieve the sin, the illness of addiction. It requires the addictive person to first confess they have sinned and next ask for God’s forgiveness, help.

Too many a persons also do falsely deny who they really are, hiding behind prestigious or pretentious facade that they are unknown, cannot be discerned, read, known cause they are too complex.. you can fool some of the people some of the time, most of the people most of the time but not all of the people all of the time..

Jesus himself said a person can be known simply by what they do. good people do good things.. and bad people tend to do bad things.

(Mat 7:18 KJV)  A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

(Mat 7:19 KJV)  Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

(Mat 7:20 KJV)  Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

(Mat 7:21 KJV)  Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

(Mat 7:22 KJV)  Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

(Mat 7:23 KJV)  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

(Mat 7:24 KJV)  Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

(Mat 7:25 KJV)  And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

(Mat 7:26 KJV)  And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

(Mat 7:27 KJV)  And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

Helping others to change for the good is even more difficult today as well

Reality- Today many Children are also being falsely led to  believe that Gambling, Alcohol and Bad drug use is generally  safe. The average 18 year old has seen 100,000 television commercials encouraging him or her to drink. That’s why 80% of high school seniors have tried alcohol, 32% have gotten drunk in the last thirty days, 43% smoke marijuana, and about one third are smoking cigarettes. Most addicts die of their addiction and they take their family members down with them. The first step in any help program recovery is to get honest with yourself. Get honest even as to what the other person is really like.. Do not let them take you down the drain with them next too.. Control what you watch, read, hear and what your children watch, put the computer also in the family room where you can supervise it, see what they are doing with it.

We all also must take any personal addiction seriously especially amongst teens, and the adults now too,  because 25% of North Americans die as a result of substance abuse. The average alcoholic dies twenty-six years earlier than he or she would otherwise.

How to get better medical services

How to get better medical services It generally does not come automatically, you seem to have to work for it and to be persistent in it as well.. Merely doing nothing here will tend to make your medical  matters even worse.

Here also is what I have learned the hard way the last 15 years, and that is when you get seriously sick

1: The sole place it generally appears that you will get the needed  adequate medical  help is in the emergency, the triage care at the Hospitals, that is if you can get by the big obstacle of the non medical doctors, the triage screening nurses firstly.

2: Secondly while you can get mostly good medical care there too, solely now also  if in the process you do not die due to the shit disease, you know the Hospital budget cuts realty that cause, allow  poor hospital hygiene and spreading of infections diseases  as a result. Sad reality.

3: Thirdly while the doctors, and the competent staff at the emergency department, triage will generally do their best to treat you, and also try to discharge you ASAP too, they generally are also next very reluctant to provide you still with any further follow-up medical treatment, or follow up medical care at the hospital, or at the emergency service department, for here they rather do expect you to get that needed medical service from your family doctor, who often is still is not fully competent to do this for the very serious diseases. In case you did not know many family doctors are even now
still learning, getting on the job medical training, expereince. Wow! A medical degree does not mean that  now they know it all, and/or can really help you with everything.

4: Which leads me to my 4th  essential point, the rather resulting high patient mortality rather after the surgery and why now too…

4a: While clearly the medical advances against even the more serious sickness have taken gigantic leaps now these days, I sadly too often these  days have to tell the truth to the sick persons that next the patients even themselves are now more often to blame for their sudden deaths,  their illness degenerating mostly too even by reaping what they sowed, by their own neglect of basic laws reaping to human anatomy too, their own failure to insure  healthy eating, failure to get  proper sleep, and failure to handle, resolve unbeneficial stress adequately. Majority of patients still lie to themselves when they do now falsely think they will not reap what they have personally sowed and thus they are committing personal suicide as a result. Lack of sleep is still a killer.. so is not eating properly.. so is one’s unresolved stress…

4.b: The too often useless, pretentious follow up doctors…

Now I also bluntly  do recommend 2 things to a lot of sick patients..

4.b.1- Do not go to see a doctor alone, take a loud mouthed witness, for the threat of the lawsuit seems to inspire more medical personal to work better than anything else. Many seniors told me they get better care when their son or daughter goes to the doctor with them.

4.b.2 – Inform your doctor honestly that you have done a follow up report to the health minister as to the type of medical service you actually got at the Hospital, clinic, his office.. I have tried this often it works great too. It improved my follow-up care and this generally increases the doctor performance,  in reality.

Now if anyone does not care for this sound, good, profitable advice, then do please,  please do tell them to stop complaining next  time to you and/or to any others as to why they are still getting poor medical care, follow-up services from their doctor.

Stressed out by the control freaks? Slave drivers?

Our personal life, well being , health can even be negatively affect by the acts of others, even control freaks if we continue to let them.. Recognizing the problem here too can be 90 percent of the solution..

Control freaks themselves now do often have a terrible personal, social  life too and  they wrongfully do often make all life terrible for those they live with, marry, work with, come in contact with.

Now Graphics, arts and photography have been hobbies of mine for decades, so it should not come as a surprise to my friends, neighbors, others to see me taking digital pictures, including scenery, trees, flowers..  http://picasaweb.google.com/thenonconformer

but I am often amazed how many times I have seen housewives  objectionably running out of their  front door with a phone in their hand ready to call police because they saw that I was on the sidewalk taking a picture of their tree, shrub, flower in their yard.. these are also the evidently control freaks.. these people who manifest Psychological Disorders or Abnormal Behavior, showing  a personal behavior that is either deviant, maladaptive, or personally distressful. Meaning they likely need real, valid professional help. Includes now also their having  an  “abnormal thought processes”.

It is like the line from Simon and Garfunkels’ song, The Boxer: where ” a man hears what he wants to hear . And disregards the rest.” and the sick ladies had openly screamed to me, you are crazy, no person in his right mind now takes pictures of flowers, you have an alternative agenda.. clearly this showing now yes they have lost it..  sadly lost touch with reality.

Control freaks are very likely the often very close to you people who are too often personally afraid and are desperately now trying to manipulate others and their environments to minimize their own fears, all now mostly done  likely still out of reality, motivated by often their  false fears now too.  They are the often Fear-driven persons who question and complain to all others unless every task is done by others as they want it too be done, practical or not, to the full satisfaction of their own selfish needs, desires which much always come first. Do they feel guilty living such a clearly selfish, self centered life.. now, not openly and explains why they tend to behave so crazy like too. Covering up for them, falsely denying who they are  is also still  an act of the other crazy people now too.

These control freaks their sad present development it  now have too often been a long time in the making now, for they did not arrive  to this disturbed state of mind likely even over night. Their clear need to control others is almost always still mostly  fueled by their ongoing selfishness, self centeredness, anxiety, personal fears, and  imaginary ones mostly too, Such as the suspicious persons questioning my motives for taking pictures of flowers. I now have learned to take time to smell the roses and to enjoy them. They sadly now  have not..

but the control freaks wrongfully seldom recognize any of their negative behaviors, acts so  never mind next openly even now admitting their own motivation fears. Which leads to the question can there be next hope for them.. unlikely…

Unresolved Fear, anxiety can  lead  next to some people with ‘liveable’ responses but with others it leads them to a deeply disabled, disturbed responses, a long lasting, permanently disturbed mind and life. Excessive anxiety and fear are factors in some common personal emotional and physical illnesses causing extreme self-focus and apprehension.

Their own  lives, views, expressions, words  are also characterized by them too often falsely listening to other’s  lies, gossip, slanders,  exaggerations,  distortions of reality too. Clearly they are some of the  People who have lost the fundamental grasp of truths and reality it seems. Sick, sick persons  who have   turned inward, defending themselves from their anxiety and usually hiding  from real life in general. So instead of embracing all activities as a challenge where unexpected, difficult  things are anticipated with pleasure and the person is open to new experience, rather now many activities are solely come to be seen as a potential threat and are looked at with suspicion and fearful anticipation; and a happy life for them falsely begins to close down.

Disregard simply their demands always and do not give into them, for it will wrongfully reinforce that they were right about their too often still unfounded fears rather too..

And  most people try hard to avoid the Control freaks, by desperately trying to have nothing to do with them in case these supposedly crazies next go berserk and do something stupid, violent, embarrassing next.. for this fear motivation that  the control freaks   they tend to have is not at all healthy or normal.Do readily now Tell them to get help, and the sooner the better,  to deal with their much too many fears due often to their personal  unresolved guilt,  and/or fears of negative resulting possible consequences, or the fear of dying, getting hurt, being fired, mugged, becoming poor,  or whatever..

Non physically handicapped person suffering  from considerable feelings of guilt, from considerable feelings of inadequacy is   now so obvious a reality in real life  for them too.

The control minded Sickness, Illness can likely rightfully often be associated with the persons own past actual   bad acts, unresolved moral guilt in their own contemporary minds and their subsequent behavior now seen as  related punishment for their own past, unconfessed, unrepented of moral wrongdoings that can,  does come forth  and so such association of cause and effect can really still exists for them as well(1 Th 4:7 KJV)  For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.(1 Th 5:9 KJV)  For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,(2 Tim 1:7 KJV)  For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.See also http://postedat.wordpress.com/2008/07/07/control-freaks/

You may also seriously want to look more into why some people personally  tend to have a large, a false amount of guilt, phobias, unresolved genuine fears too.

Have you ever felt guilty? Of course you have, usually because you were indeed guilty. But not always!

Phobia. [Gr. phobos, fear.] any persistent, irrational, and excessive fear of some particular thing or situation. (Webster’s New Universal Unabridged Dictionary, 1983 Many People who have struggled with phobias understand how immune such phobias where even the irrational fears continue to plague the victim.

Many “People with low self-esteem experience a high degree of insecurity and jeopardy. They do not feel safe most of the time. One defense is to become a perfectionist. After all if you do something perfectly, you are beyond criticism and no one can hurt you. Perfectionism is an attempt to create perfect safety (which is, needless to say, unattainable). The other safety attempt is to become a control freak and try to control everything. If we can control everything, nothing will ever jump up and surprise or hurt us.

People with low self-esteem tend to live in a closed system that is hard to break. Because they have difficulty admitting negatives, either about themselves or their behavior, it is hard to reach them. It is especially difficult for someone with low self-esteem who is defensive or in denial to admit that they are afraid. As a result, it is difficult, occasionally impossible, to reassure them that it is okay to be afraid or to be in pain. Their major fear is that it is all their fault. That’s a lie. It is not all their fault, but it’s a lie that’s hard to surrender.”   http://www.getnewvisions.com/se/03crse_symptoms.html

People who are doing wrong, doing their own thing without God rightfully still do need to feel guilty about they wrongs they are doing too. Believe it or not if you continually cheat, lie, steal, commit adultery, tell lies, do bad things, etc you will subconsciously even feel bad about yourself and have a very low self esteem too and often falsely try  to compensate the void by the false counterfeits still of power, control, more lusts, money etc., to no permanent avail too

But what about those times when you have feelings of guilt even when you didn’t do anything wrong?

Some people say that “Usually a person driven by false guilt is afraid of freedom because in every act of freedom is the possibility of offending someone. Offending someone is unacceptable. Other people are seen as pipelines of approval. If they’re offended, the pipeline shuts down.” Maybe you feel guilty cause you have been lazy and did not much good too? so you feel this void in your own life?see also http://www.anxietycare.org.uk/docs/agoraphobia.asp

and there is also the genuine and also the false religious fears now too..”Relatively little attention is given by many of us  to religious fears, however. It is apparent that manipulative minds can readily distort the scriptures in order to produce feelings of fear, guilt, remorse and even hysteria. The followers of Jim Jones and Ayatollah Khomeini can attest to that. What is surprising is that often the victims are aware of their paranoia and know it to be destructive, but feel powerless to overcome it. ” http://www.freeminds.org/psych/phobias.htm Now if something you are doing makes you feel really bad, first do find out why and maybe stop doing it too. Or maybe not! Don’t take the false blame for another persons fault, sickness, sin.
For being nice. kind, friendly to a really bad person is still also a complete waste of time, for they will not change their negative behaviors on their own, they see no reasons to do so now still too. Sad but true.

We cannot never control a bad person, a drug addict or an alcoholic, but we can learn all about it and learn firstly to control our own behavior, appropriate responses –including how we should behave in the relationship with the sick and suffering and /or possibly manipulative addict or alcoholic, abuser OR THESE pretentious persons..I really often do try to learn from the many diverse experiences I encounter in life, to be able to deal with them more effectively and to be able to help, share more simply with any others even the solutions as well as to what I have experienced  and what I have learned now as well..   http://redreadingroom.blogspot.com/2008/01/intro.html

Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty persons seems to be most effective way that works for everyone’s benefit in dealing with the bad acts of others still.

I do not have to accept any of the negative consequences, or bad acts of other persons  and their sins too. That includes their verbal abuse, physical abuse, slander, lies, emotional abuses, their false silent treatment too now. etc.. I can even tell them that now too.

I still am often amazed how many control freaks I do encounter, and yes often they can also be found in schools, homes, work, church,  governments, elsewhere too.. these are people who often claim they are giving you some helpful hints, tips, advice but are trying to manipulate you to do something they rather want.

Now I have clearly mentioned that Control freaks tend to be rightfully  guilt ridden sinners, and so they next  try to cover up it with both false denials and a false perfection approach  too… for too many people too often do people try to compensate for an imbalance in one area by an extreme in another area of their own personal life… such as seeking for the perfect mate, perfect job, perfect marriage and they will never, never find it, for this world is really imperfect and you should know that by now too.. AND IN LOVE YOU HAVE TO LEARN TO LIVE WITH IT, TO MAKE THE BEST OF IT STILL ALWAYS TOO.

(Job 28:28 KJV)  And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.(2 Chr 19:7 KJV)  Wherefore now let the fear of the LORD be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the LORD our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts
(1 Ki 8:46 KJV)  If they sin against thee, (for there is no man that sinneth not,) and thou be angry with them, and deliver them to the enemy, so that they carry them away captives unto the land of the enemy, far or near;

(Eccl 7:20 KJV)  For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.

(John 15:5 KJV)  I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

(John 15:6 KJV)  If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

(John 15:7 KJV)  If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

(John 15:8 KJV)  Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

(John 15:11 KJV)  These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

(John 15:12 KJV)  This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

(John 15:13 KJV)  Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

(John 15:14 KJV)  Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

(John 15:15 KJV)  Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

(John 15:16 KJV)  Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

(John 15:17 KJV)  These things I command you, that ye love one another.

(1 John 3:6 KJV)  Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

(1 John 5:18 KJV)  We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.

NOW IF YOU THINK YOUR SPOUSE IS NON PERFECT, OR THEY ARE A NON CHRISTIAN, ..always do firstly still pray for them daily, pray blessings for them and not rather curses too, ..  AND NOT FALSELY FILE  FOR DIVORCE.. it is as a simple as that too. Only in heaven when we are married to Jesus will we have the perfect marriage, the perfect father, the perfect brother.

(Rev 3:2 KJV)  Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.

Is 51:23 ..your tormentors {and} oppressors, those who said to you, Bow down, that we may ride {or} tread over you; and you have made your back like the ground and like the street for them to pass over.

Here also is what I know for sure, the older the person is the more extreme, more severe, the more difficult the punishment has  to be on them to cause them to personally to change in their own  negative ways, for they are too set in them now too.

now that all should be adequate food for thought..

(Psa 19:9 KJV)  The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.

(Psa 34:11 KJV)  Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.

(Prov 10:27 KJV)  The fear of the LORD prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.

(Prov 14:27 KJV)  The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.

(Prov 15:16 KJV)  Better is little with the fear of the LORD than great treasure and trouble therewith.

(Prov 15:33 KJV)  The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility.

(Prov 19:23 KJV)  The fear of the LORD tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.

(Prov 23:17 KJV)  Let not thine heart envy sinners: but be thou in the fear of the LORD all the day long.

(Isa 33:6 KJV)  And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation: the fear of the LORD is his treasure.

(Acts 9:31 KJV)  Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied.

I believe in all things work for the best for those who love God, but I rebuke all evil persons rightfully still.. I do not accept rightfully their abuse of others.

Here is my reality.. Control freaks are demonic persons, led by the devil, who try to bring us into bondage, and they tend to  get a lot more crazy, get a lot worse..

Amount of our sleep affects our personal health, our actual output, productivity

“A 2007 poll by the National Sleep Foundation found that 67 percent of women frequently experience sleep problems and 29 percent use some type of sleep aid at least a few nights a week. Other surveys have consistently found that nearly half again as many women as men complain of insomnia….   Many Doctors tend to assume that the problem is psychological. When 501 physicians were interviewed about how they treated insomnia, they revealed that they asked an average of just two and a half questions, mostly about psychological problems.   National Institutes of Health spent less than $20 million on the condition, although it affects as many as a third of the U.S. adult population. Most of those funds were directed toward treating and managing the problem,”

Researchers found that people who get more rest are less likely to have calcium clogging their arteries, which can lead to heart attacks and heart failure. The hard “plaques” narrow blood vessels and are a major risk factor for heart disease. Scientists believe that the body is better able to clear the build up from the crucial blood vessels if it gets more rest.  High levels of cholesterol, high blood pressure and smoking are all known to affect the risk of suffering from hardened arteries. Now scientists have proven that the amount of sleep a person regularly gets can also affect their chances of developing the condition.

If you often cannot get enough sleep it can be due to unresolved guilt or unresolved stress, now next do learn to admit it, recognize it, deal with it positively now.. if something is bothering you, put it in writing literately.. so next you can study it, and look at how to spherically deal with it.. or next even go to others for help in dealing with the unresolved guilt or stress first..

Face it if you do not eat well you may also feel tired and not get enough sleep.. someone who has had a good meal tends to next sleep quite well.

You have a responsibility to firstly look after your own well being.. do so now too

There is a great risk when being overly ambitious, trying to get rich, and/or  having even acquired wealth that the related stress, lack of sleep can kill you..

A Mysterious Link Between Sleeplessness and Heart Disease
New York Times – People who don’t get much sleep are more likely than those who do to develop calcifications in their coronary arteries, possibly raising their risk for heart disease, a new study has found. After accounting for various other causes, the researchers concluded that one hour more of sleep per night was associated with a 33 percent decrease in the odds of calcification, comparable to the heart benefit gained by lowering one’s systolic blood pressure by 17 millimeters of mercury.

(Eccl 5:12 KJV)  The sleep of a labouring man is sweet, whether he eat little or much: but the abundance of the rich will not suffer him to sleep.

(Eccl 5:13 KJV)  There is a sore evil which I have seen under the sun, namely, riches kept for the owners thereof to their hurt.

(Eccl 5:14 KJV)  But those riches perish by evil travail: and he begetteth a son, and there is nothing in his hand.

(Eccl 5:15 KJV)  As he came forth of his mother’s womb, naked shall he return to go as he came, and shall take nothing of his labour, which he may carry away in his hand.

(Eccl 5:16 KJV)  And this also is a sore evil, that in all points as he came, so shall he go: and what profit hath he that hath laboured for the wind?

Even a Little Overweight, Inactivity Hurts the Heart
Washington Post – Dec 22, 2008 By Ed Edelson MONDAY, Dec. 22 (HealthDay News) — Even a few extra pounds and just a little inactivity increased the risk of heart failure in a major study of American doctors.
Study: A Few Extra Pounds = Big Heart Risk CBS News
Just a little extra weight and inactivity contribute to heart failure TopNews
U.S. News & World Report – Chapel Hill News – Medical News Today – HealthNews

Let’s first be fair to ourselves and others and note that no one thing specifically causes all the cancers, diabetic sick persons, heart problems in the world, rather it is a combination of several different factors starting with our personal ignorance, and the false neglect of   our Bodies.

I have said it before and I will say it again Most people still do not take adequate care of their bodies, and have to visit the Doctor next as a result, when an ounce of prevention would have been worth a pound of cure.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the north America often occurs after years of accumulated, neglected  damage to blood vessels around the organ.

Burning a candle at both ends tends to shorten it’s life span, in half.. not getting enough quality sleep  also  affects shortens our life, affects our health.. The actual amount of our sleep affects  directly our personal health, our actual output, productivity if you admit it now or not.. Recent studies have shown that people who sleep five or fewer hours per night are more likely to develop heart trouble and are clearly less productive during the day, and will even unbeneficial gain weight as a result  too, since they have less energy for physical activities.

Experts recommend that adults get between seven and eight hours of sleep a night, teenagers nine hours and children between 10 and 11 hours.  Seniors need more than 8 hours of sleep.

More Canadians are trying to drink themselves to sleep, Quebec study finds  Canwest News Service Published: Friday, January 02, 2009 Canadians are spending hundreds of millions of dollars every year self-medicating their insomnia with alcohol, a new study suggests. “We were very surprised to see that so many people use alcohol as a way to promote sleep, particularly because it has more detrimental than beneficial effects on sleep,” says Charles Morin, a professor of psychology at Laval University and one of the authors of the study, published this week in the journal Sleep. Overall, eight per cent of the sample reported using alcohol as a sleep aid. Among people with insomnia, 28 per cent reported self-medicating with alcohol.   The study estimates the total annual costs of the sleep disorder in Quebec alone is $6.5 billion. “We know insomnia is a very prevalent problem, it has a very negative impact on people’s quality of life,” Morin says. “If we can show that it’s 10 times more costly not to treat insomnia because of its impact on absenteeism from work and reduced productivity than it is to treat it, why aren’t we treating it more often?” Part of the problem is that so few people seek help. Morin says some people take sleeping pills, “but there are many more who self-medicate with over-the-counter products or, worse, with alcohol.” The research found the money spent on the use of booze as a sleep aid far exceeds costs associated with visits to doctors and the use of prescription pills and over-the-counter products from antihistamines to herbal teas. “The idea that ‘schnapps before your bedtime’ is good for your sleep might have been right about 100 years ago, as long as it was the occasional schnapps,” says Dr. Adam Moscovitch, medical director of the Canadian Sleep Institute and a University of Calgary professor. “When you knock yourself out as a way of dealing with it, if you can’t shut you mind off in any other way, then alcohol has a very negative effect on your sleep. It deprives you of any of the deep stages of sleep and, once it wears off, it has a rebound effect. So your problem becomes much worse.” Of the $6.5 billion estimated annual costs associated with insomnia in Quebec, the biggest indirect cost by far — $5 billion — was reduced productivity. The highest direct cost — $339.8 million — was money spent on alcohol to promote sleep. By comparison, an estimated $16.5 million was spent on prescription drugs, and $1.8 million for over-the-counter products. The study, based on a random sample of 948 adults, distinguished between those people who drink at the end of the day, and those who use booze specifically to help them sleep, meaning they drink before bedtime, or in the middle of the night. Canadians today live in a stressed society with multiple pressures balancing work and family responsibilities. “One of the things we cut corners on is our sleep,” Moscovitch says. http://www.canada.com/theprovince/news/story.html?id=bbff0ea3-d36d-45bd-ac3b-773697d5442f

High personal stress, lack of excercise, Smoking, Alcohol, diabetes, high blood cholesterol,  obesity. etc., now have all been linked directly to the negative calcium buildup in the coronary arteries around the heart. NOT getting enough sleep increases the risk of clogged arteries and heart disease, research has shown.    One’s blood pressure usually dips when people are asleep, which could provide health benefits for those who get more sleep..  a number of studies have suggested that people who sleep less are at greater risk of heart disease and death.. Also “It’s possible, for example, that people who are under more stress may be both sleeping less and at higher risk of heart disease, “If we got those people to sleep more but they still were under a lot of stress, it wouldn’t change their risk of heart disease.” Higher education levels are also associated with both a lower risk of heart disease and a tendency to get more sleep.”  Abnormal sleep patterns also can skew the release of appetite- related hormones, which may contribute to heart disease-related conditions such as obesity and diabetes, earlier studies have shown.

One study  tested 495 men and women aged between 35 and 47 over five years, none of whom had evidence of hardening of the arteries at the start of the study. By the end, however, 12 per cent of the volunteers were sufferers. Calcified arteries were found in 27 per cent of volunteers who slept less than five hours a night. That figure dropped to 11 per cent for participants sleeping five to seven hours, and 6 per cent for those who spent more than seven hours asleep. this study adds to previous research suggesting that getting enough sleep may help to keep our heart and circulation healthy. “Sleep is essential for our body’s ability to repair itself, and  it is important to try and get enough rest. Drinking alcohol late at night, and getting up early can also  mean we’re not getting enough quantity, or quality, of sleep.

Adults who do not get enough sleep often act like cranky babies who also need their sleep in reality..  A long daily grind that shaves away hours of sleep and makes people groggy may also contribute to their risk of heart disease, scientists said.

Drink Alcohol and Die  is fast becoming Canada’s preoccupation, main goal, slogan

Paradoxically, despite all the dangers, warnings ,  most people continue to drink beyond safe levels on a weekly basis that is more than 14 units of alcohol for women and 21 units for men. At the heart of this strange contradiction is a false belief, best encapsulated by the former Prime Minister in his introduction to the first national alcohol strategy. In the document, Tony Blair assured readers that “alcohol misuse by a small minority” was responsible for the rising levels of social and health harm. In short, problem drinkers are “other people”, spoiling it for the rest of us. In reality this is not so.. Drinking alcohol  has become too common amongst too many people. There is “no failsafe guide” on staying under the legal alcohol limit. It’s also worrying that motorists are continuing to ignore the drink-drive message.

“Reality too many of the binge drinkers., if not already are likely to become hard core alcoholics. The real problem of alcohol misuse was much wider than previously thought   We are drinking more now than we have ever done since before the First World War. We must transform attitudes towards alcohol.   Alcohol, though legal and embedded in our society, is no ordinary commodity. It is very harmful .. never mind the lies, spins,  distortions of the alcohol industries, alcoholics themselves.

Attitudes To Alcohol Must Change. A health Minister  has called for a change in attitudes towards alcohol by both the public and the drinks industry all year now too. Statistics which show an increase of in the number of people   binge drinking, getting drunk  and that the statistics also show that we still have a long way to deal with this major problem. 81% of people who choose to drink are still exceeding the recommended daily limits. The cost of alcohol misuse to our society is very real. In just over 10 years, there has been a startling 86% increase in the numbers of people dying due to alcohol related harm. “Now, more than ever, we should all be working together to really tackle this issue head on and I believe the drinks industry has a key role to play. Supermarkets in particular sell alcohol far too cheaply. I am extremely disappointed that despite having met with each of the major supermarkets, and received their personal assurances that they take this matter extremely seriously, those words have not as yet translated into meaningful action. ”On the contrary, they are flooded with festive drinks promotions that will only encourage people to indulge further in binge drinking. This, in my view, is totally unacceptable.   Action speaks louder than words. On this occasion, profit is being put before public health.”  “The harsh reality is that although alcohol misuse is known to be damaging and harmful to health and well-being, many people still drink to excess. This must change, and in this respect we all have a collective responsibility in tackling this issue – individuals, society, government and the drinks industry alike.”    http://www.emaxhealth.com/2/63/27952/attitudes-alcohol-must-change.html  http://www.emaxhealth.com/2/63/27943/northern-ireland-reports-adult-drinking-patterns.html

Perhaps the most worrying aspect of all is  the frightening age shift in alcohol use. A generation or two ago, the first experiments with binge drinking were at university or during National Service. The “victims” of those generations who started drinking in their late teens and 20s were perhaps better able to cope with the consequences than 10-14 year-olds today.

The international evidence is quite clear that the health consequences of alcohol misuse are closely linked to a nation’s total alcohol consumption and the main drivers of this are price and availability.

For liver disease and other medical conditions, there can be a time lag of 10 or more years from the onset of serious drinking to reaping the consequences. Now we are seeing patients, particularly women, in their 20s with advanced alcoholic liver disease – a real tragedy for their family as well as themselves.”

Holiday stress, along with getting laid off, has caused too many a person to start drinking heavily and this situation is not unusual.. Sadly when most people think about the upcoming holidays, they think about friends, family, food and good cheer. And for many people, the weeks between Thanksgiving and New Year’s are still particularly difficult. Financial problems are tough to handle for most people at any time, but they can seem overwhelming during this season of giving. Due to unresolved stress Feelings of loneliness, isolation and despair may also intensify but alcohol and drugs are never the answer still. Unfortunately, your friend’s   Many people turn to alcohol falsely believing that it helps them to relax and to cope with stress and worry. And because many people think that New Year’s Eve and similar occasions must always be celebrated with alcohol, it’s often readily available, providing another excuse to drink. It actually will likely cause more problems, and not effectively deal with the ones still not resolved Many people next tend to go to excess, extremes, and   drinking larger amounts of alcohol can increase the risk of a deadly form of liver damage called cirrhosis, heart disease, some types of cancer and injuries. And even moderate drinking can often have harmful consequences in the wrong setting, such as one should not    drink and drive, and drinking alcohol during a pregnancy may  seriously harm a developing baby. Alcohol dependence, also called alcoholism, often  means that if a person tries to stop or cut back on drinking, he or she may experience anxiety, sweating, trembling, trouble sleeping, nausea and vomiting. Drinking can be risky even for people who aren’t dependent on it. It may seriously still interfere with sleep and productivity, strain close relationships and get in the way of spending time with loved ones. It not only also puts the drinker at risk for becoming alcohol dependent as well as developing alcohol-related health problems. Too many people who really do now suffer from a drinking problem claim still don’t believe that anything is wrong. They faley try to justify that they’re drinking to cope with a particularly stressful time. In their mind, suppposedly the basic stress is the unresolved problem, not the drinking. They say they can stop drinking whenever they want, but they don’t. Two wrongs do nto make one right here too.  Denial is a common obstacle that prevents many people from seeking help.

More alcohol use is a concern for health-care professionals, since it means more deaths, illness, injuries and hospital visits, meaning added strain on the health-care system, and additional cost. “There’s 60 different ways in which alcohol can cause premature death and illness,”  Too many cops are alcoholic themselves these days it seems too. Showing justice and compassion is rightfully prosecuting all of  the guilty alcohol and drug offenders. Now we know that more people have accident due to road rage, impaired driving, driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol  over speeding too and we still do need to review how much time and resources do the police deal with that firstly? “

Despite plunging sales in almost every sector, alcohol sales are on the rise in Ontario, British Columbia and in other provinces over last year . If you drive at twice the legal alcohol limit you are at least 30 times more likely to cause a road crash than a driver who hasn’t been drinking. Alcohol abuse is a problem that is expected to become increasingly common as baby boomers, who have been found to drink more than previous generations, reach age 65 and beyond. ”A lot of folks over 50 are already dealing with diseases associated with aging and medication use that can result in possible complications and drug interactions. And older people who abuse alcohol are consuming an inordinate amount of calories that can displace important nutrients.” It is just a fact, common sense that  “even at lower levels of consumption, alcohol can be problematic for older people.” “Because of an increased sensitivity to alcohol and decreased tolerance as one ages, lower amounts of alcohol can have a bigger effect,” he said. “Older people get into trouble with doses of alcohol that wouldn’t be a problem with a younger person.” Immoderate consumption of alcohol — more than three drinks a day — can be hazardous for people of all ages, but especially so for the elderly, who reach higher levels of blood alcohol faster and maintain them longer than younger people. And people who  have ailments, like chronic liver disease, or take medications, like psychoactive drugs, that would render any amount of alcohol risky.  Alcohol abuse and alcoholism in aging adults  is “a silent epidemic.”  Many older people pursue drinking patterns established earlier in life and may not realize that continuing to drink the same amount of alcohol as they did when they were younger may place them at risk for health problems.” They all rather should be using diet and exercise to reduce cardiac risk; trying alternative relaxation methods to reduce stress,  exercise more ; and, for those who drink, cutting down on the amount of alcohol consumed by mixing it with water, taking an hour to finish one drink and alternating alcohol with nonalcoholic drinks. Because alcohol consumption is a  too common practice, questions about drinking are necessarily part of a general medical health assessment.”   Health experts  warn  that drinking too much alcohol, too fast can be dangerous.  The Department of Health defines binge drinking as over six to eight units of alcohol in an evening for most adults. Their  unit of alcohol depends on the strength of what you’re drinking.  One unit is half a pint of ordinary strength lager, beer, or cider; a 25 ml measure of spirits; or a 125 ml, small glass of wine. Also children often copy their parents when it comes to their attitudes towards alcohol. All parents can reduce the risk to their children, such as avoiding drinking alcohol on every occasion.  Too many  people   are getting into trouble with alcohol. Potential hazards include an increased risk of falls and vehicular accidents, a decline in short-term memory, a worsening of existing health problems and interactions with medications that may diminish the effectiveness of some drugs and increase the toxic effects of others.

Nearly twice as many liquor stores, relatively cheap booze and a pricing system that effectively discounts drinks with more alcohol are contributing to a rise in hazardous drinking, says B.C.’s provincial health officer. The same is true in Alberta and other provinces. A 2003 study found that 79 per cent of youth in school reported drinking at least once by age 17, and 20 per cent of those reported binge drinking three or more days in the previous month. While booze prices have risen in recent years, they have not kept pace with other consumer goods, a trend likely to continue with more competition among stores. Kendall recommends that pricing should reflect alcohol content, with discounts for low-alcohol alternatives and a price premium for stronger drinks. Current pricing creates “clear price incentives for consumers to choose higher-strength alcohol products in all major beverage classes,” As of 2007, government liquor stores accounted for 39 per cent of B.C. sales, with private stores up to 33 per cent. Bars, clubs and restaurants served most of the remainder. B.C.’s biggest average booze consumption occurs in the Interior Health Authority region, which includes the Okanagan and Kootenay regions, at 11 litres of pure alcohol per person per year. Vancouver Island was second at 10.71 litres, and also had the largest increase, 15.2 per cent between 2002 and 2007. Northern Health region was third at 9.73 litres per person, followed by Vancouver Coastal at 8.61 and Fraser, the lowest at 7.03. The Central Coast region of Vancouver Coastal has the highest consumption in the province, 13.69 litres per person in 2007.

More drunk drivers,  motorists are hitting the sauce before hitting the road this holiday season too. About 1 percent of  the drivers stopped are charged  with impaired driving offences during the generally only one month long  Police province wide drunk drivers check stop campaigns . Sadly there are plenty more drivers who often still do drank like fish  get away during the rest of the year due to the limited number of police officers participating in check stops the rest of the year. We do thus know that very few of the actual people who are impaired and on the roads are caught by police. ”The average person who is prepared to drive while impaired will do it about 80 times a year, repeat offenders causing the most problems.” “Drunk drivers are still; not  getting the message, quite frankly, “The average blood-alcohol reading of those charged was .165, twice the legal limit of .08. The highest reading was .25, more than three times the limit, ” The drivers range between 19 and 59 years old. The average age is 35 but a dozen are over 40. (Older drivers) too seem to be more set in their habits and  risk-takers also tend to be   resistant to all education campaigns,” And during the same period over generally ten times more people now are being charged with failing to to wear seatbelts and Highway Traffic Act offences over impaired driving, even though it is drunk drivers,  that causes many of the accidents?  All now still Unsatisfactory.

In 2006, 232 Ontarians were killed in traffic accidents in which alcohol was a factor.  “We’ve had an increased number of impaired driving fatalities in Ontario though we’re still seeing a downward trend in Ontario,” is still not enough policing here.

An Australian study estimates that about half of all traffic accidents in Australia may be due to road rage and most of the others related to alcohol, impaired driving and yet the police falsely tend to pursue revenue generating speeding traffic tickets still and why?   Road rage is a relatively serious act; it can  be seen as a violation of human and property rights , an endangerment of  other’s personal well being, security.

Now I have said it for over 3 decades in writing to all too so now call it what you want but police services generally  it is not about public safety, for it is  a self employment, empire  building, a false money grab, revenue generation, hidden taxes..  for if  the cops, the mad RCMP  were now really worried about public safety THEY WOULD FIRSTLY ARREST THEIR OWN KIND, THE BAD COPS WHO OFTEN DRIVE HOME DRUNK AFTER WORK, COMING HOME FROM THE POLICE TAVERN, and they would ALSO FIRSTLY  go after the people who drive reckless, who  fail to stop at the stop signs, or the  traffic stop lights, and go seriously after the impaired drunken drivers, deal with the unsafe cars whose brakes are squealing cause they need to be repaired.. etc. Cops , civil and public servants too often become perverse persons, unacceptable bullies still too. You and I still do not have to accept such crap.

Alcoholics

Alcoholics

Alcoholics tend to not only shorten the their own life span, get sick more than others, but they also do seriously, negatively affect their own family Member’s health AND REPUTATION now as well.. undeniably too
.
Why are alcoholics always in denial? and why do they often lie,  cheat, steal also now? Because if they do admit the truth they are alcoholics, sinners too  they do have now to repent of the sin of disobeying God’s word about being drunk too.. so they take the ostrich denial approach instead too often. Alcoholism still is a sin of a deliberate, personal choice, and to be set free you have to admit your sin, confess it, renounce it, ask God for forgiveness through Jesus Christ as well.. It is not only wrong for the average person it is also especially wrong for leaders in the government, politicians.

If you took 2 martinis or 2 beers a day you are an alcoholic. Alcoholism is a crime and not a disease, it is a crime, it is just as lethal, bad, and it is really unacceptable as selling or taking bad drugs too. Canada’s  bad drug problem, drunk driving, alcoholism is increasing not just amongst the teens, but also in the work place, in the government now as well even amongst the civil and public servants. Most major home violence, car or truck accidents are still associated with alcohol now too and not speeding. It’s a fact that  drinking alcohol can seriously damage one’s health and cause permanent brain damage as well .Alcohol may lead to liver problems, a variety of cancers as well as forms of osteoporosis and depression, and studies are showing, too, that women are more susceptible to the ill effects of alcohol than are men.

“ Results from a national survey of more than 1,000 human resource professionals nationwide found that 67% consider addiction and substance abuse to be among the most serious problems in the workplace. Released by the nonprofit Hazelden Foundation,  Interestingly enough, the survey revealed that 56% of the HR professionals say they believe addiction among women has increased over the last 5 years. ” Alcohoism is also a major unresolved problem in the police forces, the RCMP, civil and public servcie too..

Not one cent of tax payers money should be used by anyone for any alcoholic entertainment  in any government expense, function now as well.  Again Alcohol causes irreversible brain damage, and it next also hurts serverely many others undeniably  too..

Gangs and drugs,  alcohol are are still a big problem on Indian reservations and elsewhere. Why?  all while zero tolerance for gang affiliations or child pornography,  has developed too. We can tackle the supply of drugs by taking on and defeating the criminal gangs who should be treated in the same way as subversive organizations were. “ We all do  have to send a message loud and clear to the gangs – you are not tolerated and If you are caught  you will be charged. In many cases such gangs are linked to organized crime. You need to fully also go after the gang leaders who are making money using the kids and drugs to do it.   The government can now wrest control of violence-plagued reserves  by having zero tolerance for gangs and by banning drugs and alcohol from homes,  with the help of  RCMP and the courts. I can tell you that our government is committed to ensuring that Canada will not be safe haven for those who pose a threat to our national security or the safety of our families and communities. On this, our tolerance level is zero,” Stockwell Day but real actions by the government   still do speak louder than words.

.

We need to also stop electing liars and alcoholics too.. be for certain there is no such thing as a little bit pregnant, and that there is a direct correlation between the people who are heavy alcohol users.. that they are the same persons who will also take bad drugs… and they will also be the same persons who also now do cheat , lie, steal, commit tax evasions.. as they have no solid morality.

Alcohol, drugs common in fatal crashes: study– More than half of US drivers killed in car accidents had alcohol or drugs in their system at the time of the crash, according to a study.

.

Everyone knows that large quantities of almost anything can be bad for you. However, a group of researchers from the Boston University School of Medicine and Boston University School of Public Health have found that alcohol is a “major” contributor to cancer deaths in the United States, even when consumed in small amounts. They found that alcohol led to approximately 20,000 cancer deaths annually, indicating that alcohol contributes to about 3.5 percent of all cancer deaths in the U.S. http://www.sciencerecorder.com/news/researchers-there-is-no-safe-threshold-for-alcohol-and-cancer-risk/

.

‘The risk of developing breast cancer from drinking even small amounts of alcohol is being ignored by women with thousands now needlessly dying every year. Less than two drinks a day can increase the risk of developing cancer, doctors have warned, after finding that even moderate consumption was linked to almost a third of alcohol-related cancers. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthnews/9870356/Thousands-of-women-die-from-breast-cancer-caused-by-drinking-research.html

.

The majority of deaths due to alcohol consumption seemed to occur among people who consumed more than three  alcoholic drinks a day, but those who consumed 1.5 beverages daily may account  for up to a third of those deaths, the researchers found  http://www.sfgate.com/health/article/Alcohol-said-to-have-big-role-in-cancer-4280659.php

Speeding does not cause most of the car accidents but impaired driving does and yet the pervrse more often than not cops like to get mostly still the revenue generating speeding tickets.

MAKING CRIMMINALS OUT OF THE ORDINARY CITIZENS. PARKING AND SPEEDING TICKETS. A new study suggests Canadians are thirstier than ever as sales of wine, beer  and spirits are on track to setting a record high. Increasing indulgence  has been a trend all year long with Canadians spending close to half a billion  dollars more on alcohol in the first nine months of 2012 than in 2011, and if this growth holds up through the holiday season, that would set the stage for  record retail sales of more than $19 billion in 2012. Whether it is family get-togethers,  holiday parties or just drinking to stay warm, liquor sales typically surge by  over 40 per cent of the monthly average in December, the study  suggests. By comparison, despite the hordes of people descending on malls  to purchase gifts for their loved ones, the retail sector only rises by 15-20  per cent in December.          Alcohol sales on pace to high record high: report  Canada becoming a nation of alcoholics

.

Now do we really understand the detrimental effects that alcohol can have on our bodies and behavior now too . Most headlines about moderate alcohol consumption are still misleading ones —such as a drink or two a day is good for your heart, your soul, and may even extend your lifespan! But a  new study finds that regularly consuming even moderate amounts of alcohol can cause a decrease in brain plasticity, or the brain’s ability to generate new cells.  It rather kills even existing brain cells..

.

Once the alcohol is absorbed into the tissue, it affects your mind and body.  Blood alcohol concentration can rise up to 20 minutes after having a drink. After alcohol is absorbed it leaves the body in three ways: the kidneys, lungs, and liver. Alcohol is not a stimulant, it is actually a sedative-depressant of the central nervous-system, it is capable of rupturing blood capillaries and veins, it does not warm you up; in fact it makes you colder by increasing perspiration and causing body heat loss, it damages the branched end of nerve cells that bring messages into the cell, causing disruptions to brain function. It depletes the body of many essential nutrients such as all the B vitamins, especially B1, B2, B3,B6, B12, folic acid, vitamins C and K, zinc, magnesium and potassium. It can hamper the liver’s ability to process fat. It can lead to liver toxicity and disease. The high sugar content of alcoholic drinks can lead to hypoglycemia and predispose to diabetes. Drinking alcohol regularly can lead to its dependence. Drinking alcohol damages the liver, kidneys, and lungs

Alcohol consumption has previously been linked to a reduced bone mineral density (BMD), or osteoporosis, and increases the risk of fractures especially since  bone fractures can be the result of falls, and   one in three adults over 65 will experience a fall each year, this is a serious issue. And too much booze can cause people to age prematurely. It impairs your driving now too no matter how old you are.  Some of the wider known effects of alcohol include diminished performance, mental impairment, possible addiction, diabetes and liver disease. Now  there   a very few people, though, who can  have one small drink  too.. Yes too many have ended up dying from alcohol abuse, and as well there are those whose alcoholism led them to stop taking care of themselves.  Alcoholism certainly can increase the risk of many different diseases occurring, especially as an individual grows older, and most of   the negative effects are irreversible as well.

.

“As alcohol is a by-product of yeast digestion, it can have an irritating effect on the lining of the stomach and gradually weaken the kidneys and liver, leading to serious health problems and can prove fatal in extreme cases. When the stomach is weakened it becomes less efficient at digesting food, which inevitably interferes with a healthy metabolism and positive weight loss. Also, after alcohol is consumed it is then the first energy supply to be used up by your body when combined with carbohydrates, proteins and fats, which postpone the fat-burning process. As a result this can lead to greater fat storage, meaning that whenever you drink you will not be burning away your fat stores in the near future. Another shocking fact is that alcohol supplies almost twice as many calories as proteins and carbohydrates, seven calories per gram! And as all of these extra calories you are getting from alcohol contain zero nutrients, they accelerate fat storage while also having a negative effect on a healthy metabolism.”

.

“One of the risks to seniors of drinking alcohol is that as human bodies age, they lose muscle mass and their body functions slow down, meaning it takes less alcohol for them to become more intoxicated or suffer other ill effects, such as bone loss or cerebral atrophy.  Another problem  that alcohol often  interacts negatively with medication, which older people too often are be taking a significant amount of, depending on their health.” Alcohol may seriously increase your risk of health problems and even seriously now damage your heart.  Although some would say it may offer some very marginal health benefits,  for your heart. Are you willing to take the risks  of bad health associated with the consumption of alcohol still then?

.

104 lives saved under province’s tougher drunk-driving laws: B.C. gov’t Laurel Middelaer and Markita Kaulius lost their daughters to drunk drivers, but are comforted to know that B.C.’s tougher impaired driving laws have cut down alcohol-related fatal crashes by 46 per cent since they were introduced two years ago.

every drop of alcohol you drink, every bad drug you take, kills your brain cell, and you become more and more brain dead.. retarded
“The most successful policing model in modern terms is the “zero tolerance” model used in New York. The strategy was known there as “one broken window” following the observation that where there were broken windows and rubbish in streets there was crime. During the programme’s operation in New York, the number of murders plummeted from 2,262 to 629.”     Read the full press release from the Hazelden Foundation: Substance abuse and addiction among most serious workplace issues.

The welfare system in Canada  needs also to provide more understanding towards  the persons  with substance abuse problems.  If you take a look at all of who is in the welfare programs, you will find that at least 10 percent of the persons  involved with this program do even have  a substance abuse problem. So mandatory attendance at Alcoholic Anonymous for them is a must too. These same persons  with substance abuse problems can’t get a job next too otherwise

“And children of parents with substance abuse problems are more likely to be physically abused.  Furthermore, parents with substance abuse problems are less likely to hold a job or be able to care for their kids.  “

” A study conducted in NYC found that 75 percent of abused children had one parent with a substance abuse problem (GAO)” These abused, neglected children suffer next at school, in life and in their health as well as a result.

Some people try to sugar coat it all wrongfully but we do  need  harsher restrictions on the sale and marketing of all alcoholic beverages (restrictions such as advertising bans and higher taxes) for the end effect of Alcohol on many of the individuals ultimately is no different than smoking or using illegal drugs,  such as marijuana, crack, cocaine and heroin..

.
Recent medical studies also do indicate that young Men who take marijuana, drugs are also twice as likely to get testicular cancer next before the age of 35 even
.
Marijuana also is not harmless, even  as impaired driving kills.. THE REALY BIG LIE MANY SWALLOW- Marijuana is harmless? Smoked cannabis is rather addicting, very unsafe during pregnancy too  http://soc.li/uNxwiYO
 .

” There is a groundswell of public opinion in this country that wants to legalize marijuana use. This will enable many young people to become serious potheads which, down the road, will put an enormous strain on our health-care system, not including the collateral damage from increased impaired driving incidents. Proponents who argue that alcohol is legal are merely pettifogging the debate.” Steve Flanagan, Ottawa.

.

” From a purely medical standpoint, it makes no sense to legalize marijuana, the smoke of which studies show to be far more carcinogenic than cigarette smoke. Also, there is “an association between chronic marijuana use and increased rates of anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia” (letter, Nov. 13). An argument might be made for medicinal use (e.g., for glaucoma), but such use must be strictly monitored. Recreational use is simply stupid. “ Lars Troide, Apple Hill, Ont.

“Do not drink wine nor strong drink, …when ye go into the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations: And that ye may put difference between holy and unholy, and between unclean and clean;”  (Leviticus 10:9,10)(Isa 28:1 KJV)  Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious beauty is a fading flower, which are on the head of the fat valleys of them that are overcome with wine!(Eph 5:18 KJV)  And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
.
There are two kinds of ‘wine’ in the Bible, Fermented and unfermented.”
.
People who use the “water into wine” excuse are simply being deceived by one verse of Scripture taken completely out of Biblical context.  They need to be delivered.  This is why Jesus said we must have two or three confirming passages of Scripture, in context, to verify all doctrine or behavior.  Otherwise, we shouldn’t accept it at all. (Matthew 18:16)

The Bible calls fermented wine and all strong drink a “mocker.”  It calls those who use it “deceived” and “unwise.” (Proverbs 20:1)

It leads to poverty. (Proverbs 21:17)

It will bite you like a serpent. (Proverbs 23:32)

“Wine is not for Kings.” (Proverbs 31:4)

You do not  have to worry about getting drunk, being an alcoholic next to have heart health befenefits.. .. the latest studies show you can get almost all the same benefits from grape juice. The reason Purple grape juice contains the same powerful diseasefighting antioxidants, called flavonoids, that are believed to give wine many of its heart friendly benefits. .. but watch the sugar content or your juice suplier or you  might get diabetes.. It seems that Jesus and the Apostles knew the benefits of grape juice, when they drank new wine, the unferrmented wine..

.
(Col 3:5 KJV)  Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: 6   For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:

Genuine Born Again Evangelical Christians are total abstainers

In reality Genuine Born Again, Evangelical, Christians are total abstainers from smoking, drugs, alcohol, cheating, lying, stealing, tax evasions, pornography, or rather all personal vices, Impairments
 .
Reality! These days it is too hard to tell the difference between secular persons and even evangelical pastors, Christians they seem to do the same things too. It is amazing how one can quickly spot an alcoholic, while they cannot still see their sin, and how quick they are to oppose themselves being exposed now too..   1 Cor 6:10 Nor cheats (swindlers and thieves), nor greedy graspers, nor drunkards, nor foulmouthed revilers {and} slanderers, nor extortioners {and} robbers will inherit {or} have any share in the kingdom of God.
 .
We know that alcoholism is a terrible sin  that now damages the person’s brain, affects their ability  to work, to drive a car, and negatively affects their own behavior and affects many others too. The same reality is true of one taking now bad drugs as well. So I was also similarly shocked, surprised to discover the th  falsely professing evangelical Christian Stephen Harper our Prime Minister likes to consume wine, alcohol, and he buys it for others as well.   Beyond a Biblical doubt the Genuine Born Again Evangelicals are total abstainers, like me, I never drink or touch wine or alcohol, at any time, nor do I give playboy, pornography, wine or wine glasses to anyone.
.
“Dr. Daniel Akin, President of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary has written an article in favor of the famous Resolution #5 (Resolution calling for total opposition to alcohol). Alcohol is the number one drug problem among teenagers. (1 Cor. 8:13; 9:19-22; 10:32-33). Because I am an example to others, I will make certain no one ever walks the road of sorrow called alcoholism because they saw me take a drink and assumed, “if it is alright for him it is alright for me.” No, I will choose to set an uncompromising example of abstinence because I love them.  I will seek my joy and filling in the Spirit not in alcohol. I love the Phillips translation of Ephesians 5:18 which reads, “Don’t get your stimulus from wine (for there is always the danger of excessive drinking), but let the Spirit stimulate your souls.” Psalm 4:7-8 adds, “You [O Lord] have put more joy in my heart than they have when their grain and wine abound. In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.”  There is no record that Jesus drank strong drink,  As a pastor or church leader, would I demand abstinence for  leadership? Absolutely! The principle of Proverbs 31:4-5 is appropriately applied here, “It is not for Kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine, or for rulers to take strong drink, lest they drink and forget what has been decreed and pervert the rights of all the afflicted.” “PM Stephen Harper the pretender evangelical as well.. is not the first time he wrongfully  gave alcoholic beverages to others, and what next?   (1 Cor 11:28 KJV)  But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. 29  For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. 30   For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. 31  For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.   (Prov 3:33 KJV)  The curse of the LORD is in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just.   Clearly do note this also..  1 Cor 6:10 Nor cheats (swindlers and thieves), nor greedy graspers, nor drunkards, nor foulmouthed revilers {and} slanderers, nor extortioners {and} robbers will inherit {or} have any share in the kingdom of God.   Jesus himself had said that professing to be a Christian is not enough, and it applies now to a PM as well, one rather can  tell what a person is really like by what he does,  a True Christian is one who evidently is controlled by the Spirit of God and not by  self, sin, a real Christian is one where thus anyone can clearly see by the evidence of the fruit of the Holy Spirit, including even self control.   Matt 3:8 Bring forth fruit that is consistent with repentance [let your lives prove your change of heart];   Gal 5:23 Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge].   Matt 7:16 You will fully recognize them by their fruits. Do people pick grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles?   Matt 7:17 Even so, every healthy (sound) tree bears good fruit [worthy of admiration], but the sickly (decaying, worthless) tree bears bad (worthless) fruit.   Matt 7:18 A good (healthy) tree cannot bear bad (worthless) fruit, nor can a bad (diseased) tree bear excellent fruit [worthy of admiration].   Matt 7:19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and cast into the fire.   Matt 7:20 Therefore, you will fully know them by their fruits.   1 Tim 3:2 Now a bishop (superintendent, overseer) must give no grounds for accusation {but} must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, circumspect {and} temperate {and} self-controlled; [he must be] sensible {and} well behaved {and} dignified and lead an orderly (disciplined) life; [he must be] hospitable [showing love for and being a friend to the believers, especially strangers or foreigners, and be] a capable {and} qualified teacher,   Alcoholics, wine drinkers tend to have evidentially lost their self control..
.
I have often rightfully said to many preachers I would rather see them first by example live the life of Christ instead of merely preaching it others.  Preaching the Gospel is not an valid alternative to living it.  I even do know People who profess to be Christians and they are Alcoholics too.. but they are not Christians… They fool themselves only as to who they still really are too.   By their own fruits Jesus said to us all you can tell what they are really like still.“A scorner seeketh wisdom, and findeth it not: but knowledge is easy unto him that understandeth” (Proverbs 14:6)
.
I have often rightfully said to many preachers I would rather see them first by example live the life of Christ instead of merely preaching it others.  Preaching the Gospel is not an valid alternative to living it.  I even do know People who profess to be Christians and they are Alcoholics too.. but they are not Christians… They fool themselves only as to who they still really are too.
 .
Impaired means  when Mental awareness, alertness and function do also come under a dulling, slowing effect. This hinders our mental ability in everyday activity and restricts or cuts off our mental fellowship with the Holy Spirit speaking to our mind from our spirit. A person who has the smoking or drinking habit, in honesty, must label themselves an “addict” too. in bondage to Satan and the flesh and the lust thereof. Alcoholism, Smoking, lying, stealing, slander  is demonic, which is why it is so hard to stop on your own and they all are  not compatible with the Christian experience.  These sinful  problems are next forcing negative consequences on other “innocent” people  Co-workers, family and even  children are victims .  Christians are definitely thus not to be “stumbling blocks” to others.  Matthew 18: 6, 7, “But who so shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depths of the sea. Woe unto the world because of offenses! For it must needs be that offenses come; but woe to that man by whom the offense cometh!”   Also smoking is “burning incense to other (demon) gods”. II Kings 22:17, II Kings 23:5; II Chronicles 28:25, 34:24, 34:25; Jeremiah 1:16, 7:9, 11:12, 19:4; Chapter 44, 48:35.   To receive complete freedom from these sinful  bondages, the Believer must see his “habit” or being “hooked” as a spiritually rooted problem and confess it as a deliberate sin of Disobedience to God too. Acknowledging lust, Alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes, drugs, lying, stealing, marijuana  and smoking as sin is prerequisite. Personal Confession of the sin according to (1 John 1:9 KJV)  If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10   If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.and we all must choose to submit to God according to (James 4:7 KJV)  Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8  Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. 9  Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. 10   Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
.

THE CONFESSION, ADMISSION OF THE SIN OF ALCOHOL next , places the Believer on proper ground for the unclean spirits to be cast out of them   and whether getting drunk or Smoking it is legal or not legal basically is not the issue in the sight of God.. but when you clearly have lost self control,  it also alters your judgment and your ability to perceive reality. on top of that you now are a prisoner to a bad habit of smoking , the very clear source of the bad habit is the devil now as well and not God.. and if you cannot see this it is either cause you do not want to or are in false denial… Half of the world knows that smoking cigarettes even is bad for you, it is a vice, and  it causes cancer, linked to gum disease, destroys the body and you did not realize it was sinful? either you are lying to me, lying yourself others or you are being deliberate ignorant. Smoking is not without potential real negative consequences and yes anyone would be an absolute fool not to factor that truth now as well . One cannot honestly claim to be using alcohol, smoking or marijuana for any purpose other than to falsely intoxicate oneself. to lose self control. One is not getting you closer to God by being intoxicated , but moving you away from Him. You’re doing the weed for YOURSELF, serving the sinful sinful self, the flesh now in reality. You are to die to self, the flesh and all of it’s lust thereof  as a Christian now still too. The ends do not justify now the mans still as well.    1 Corinthians  10:31 (King James Version)   Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.   1 Corinthians 3:16-17 (King James Version) 16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.   Christians are always to remain SOBER too. 1 Thessalonians 5:8 (King James Version) 8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.

.

Sober, obedient and not given to lusts of the flesh. 1 Peter 1:13-14 (King James Version)  13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; 14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:   Ephesians 5:11-21 (King James Version) 11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them  12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. 13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. 14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. 15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, 16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. 17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. 18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit 19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms

.

Undeniably whether you are also a leader or not getting drunk is still an unacceptable sin as well.

.

>>If alcohol consumption is so wrong, why is wine mandatory for all Christians?
any fool who lies, twists the Bible, is too quick to speak before he reads the whole Bible now too.. or
Wine is not mandatory.. the greek used for wine in the new testament was, is grape juice.. what family are you part of ? an alcoholic one?
.
There are several things not named in the Bible that should definitely be avoided by Christians, and pastors and preachers should be speaking against. For example; there is pornography – the vile and evil use of the bodies of others to make pictures and films of people in the acts of things that should be kept in private. There is also the act of abortion – the murderous act of killing the innocent human baby before they are ever born. There is slavery, are we going to advocate slavery because the Bible tells us how to treat those who are enslaved to us? I would hope not. Someone will probably start crying out, “That is straw men,” so be it, it is based on principles of Scripture. Are you going to burn them, because they wreak havoc on your excuses for alcoholic drink?
.
We know that alcoholicism is a terrible sin  that now damages the person’s brain, affects their ability  to work, to drive a car, and negatively affects their own behavior and affects many others too. The same reality is true of one taking now bad drugs as well. So I was also similarly shocked, surprised to discover the the falsely professing evangelical Christian Stephen Harper our Prime Minister likes to consume wine, alcohol, and he buys it for others as well.
.
1 Cor 5:11 KJV) But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. (1 Cor 5:12 KJV) For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? (1 Cor 5:13 KJV) But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.
Mt 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. Mt 7:21 ¶ Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Sin is unacceptable for all persons Christians or not, they have to try to deliberately abstain from sins, to have now the maturity, self control and if they let Jesus do that he will help them to do that by the Holy spirit.. otherwise if Jesus now cannot help them, cause they will not let him, they are backslidden sinners going to hell. It is as simple as that. No one made Obama drink Alcohol. I did not as well.
and what about Christ – he didn’t sin. yet he consumed wine? How little you know about the Bible even.. the Greek words for the wine he consumed was grape juice, no fermented wine, juice.. are you an alcoholic and is this why you want to cling to drinking wine now too? Priest and leaders by the same Bible were not allowed to drink wine, so Christ could not have drunk wine. Study the Bible stop listening to men’s lies.
.
Ignorance is still no excuse in the eyes of the law and in the eyes of God

(Psa 73:22 KJV)  So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee. (Isa 56:10 KJV)  His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. 11  Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter. 12  Come ye, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and to morrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant.
(Rom 10:3 KJV)  For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
” Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise” Proverbs 20:1;

“Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions? who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath redness of eyes? They that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine. Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself aright. At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder” Proverbs 23:29-32; “But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment. For all tables are full of vomit and filthiness, so that there is no place clean” Isaiah 28:7-8.
 .
(1 Cor 14:38 KJV)  But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant.
 .
Living for Christ: A Lifestyle that Honours  God  1 Timothy 5:23: “Use a little wine for the sake of your stomach” A favorite verse of many people is Paul’s advice to Timothy in 1 Timothy 5:23 to “No longer drink only water, but use a little wine for the sake of your stomach and your frequent ailments.” We need to note several things. Timothy obviously doesn’t even drink grape juice! (Note: in an earlier letter 1 Tim 3:2-3 Paul had told Timothy an Elderto be abstinent (nephalion), and a nonparticipant at drinking places and parties (meparoinon). Obviously advise Timothy had carefully followed). Additionally this is only for a ‘medical’ reason. Most significantly, historical testimonies tell us the ancients advised the use of use of unfermented wine for medical purposes. For example, Athenaeus, theGrammarian (A.D. 280), specifically advises one use unfermented “sweet wine” (glukonoinon) for stomach disorders. He writes: “Let him take sweet wine, either mixed with water or warmed, especially that kind called protropos, the sweet Lesbian glukus, asbeing good for the stomach; for sweet wine [oinos] does not make the head heavy.” (Athenaeus, Banquet 2, 24). This sounds similar to Paul. Athenaeus calls the wine” lesbian” because its alcoholic potency had been removed. Pliny (A. D. 79), a contemporary of Paul and author of the celebrated Natural History gives similar recommendations. He advise the use of boiled unfermented wine called adynamon for sick persons “for whom it is feared that wine may be harmful.” (Pliny, Natural History 14,18). Even if it were alcoholic wine Paul was talking about, it would only justify medical uses of alcohol. Paul is not here suggesting moderate drinking. Be abstinent The New Testament often admonitions abstinence through the Greek verb nepho and the adjective nephalios
 .
((1 Th 5:6 KJV)  Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. (1 Th 5:7 KJV)  For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. (1 Th 5:8 KJV)  But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. (1 Tim 3:2 KJV)  A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; (1 Tim 3:11 KJV)  Even so must their wives be grave  (2 Tim 4:5 KJV)  But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry. (Titus 2:2 KJV)  That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience. (1 Pet 1:13 KJV)  Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; (1 Pet 4:7 KJV)  But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer. (1 Pet 5:8 KJV)  Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:).
So note how many times the new testament says to be sober and it should be translated as abstinent or abstaining from wine There is noteworthy unanimity among Greek lexicons on the primary meaning of the verb nepho as “to abstain from wine” and of the adjective nephalios as”abstinent, without wine.” (See, for example, G. W. Lampe, A Patristic Greek Lexicon (Oxford, 1961),s. v. “Nepho”; James Donnegan, A New Greek and English Lexicon, 1847 edition, s. v. ” Nepho”; ThomasS. Green, A Greek-English Lexicon to the New Testament, 1892 edition, s. v. ” Nepho”; E. Robinson, AGreek and English Lexicon of the New Testament (New York, 1850), s. v. ” Nepho”; G. Abbott-Smith, AManual Greek Lexicon of the New Testament, 1937 edition, s. v. ” Nepho”; Hesychius of Alexandria,Hesychii Alexandri Lexicon, 1858 edition, s. v. ” Nephalios”; Demetrios C. S. Byzantios, Lexicon Epitomoutes Ellenikes Glosses, 1939 edition, s. v. “Nephalios.”). Josephus and Philo, who were contemporaries of Paul and Peter, both tell us the priests, who were not allowed to drink any wine were nephalioi andnephalios. (Josephus, Antiquities of the Jews 3, 12, 2, trans. William Whiston, Josephus Complete Works(Grand Rapids, 1974), p. 81 and Philo, De Specialibus Legibus 4, 183). The adjective nephalios in ((1 Tim 3:2 KJV)  A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; (1 Tim 3:11 KJV)  Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things. (Titus 2:2 KJV)  That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.) can and should be read as abstinent. And nepho in ((1 Th 5:6 KJV)  Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. (1 Pet 1:13 KJV)  Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; (1 Pet 5:8 KJV)  Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: ), should be translated as abstinent or abstaining from wine. Unfortunately, translators soften the meaning of the word and translate it in amore figurative sense as merely “temperate, sober, steady. ”While there is no simplistic “Thou shall not” command concerning alcohol, the Bible warns against wine that intoxicates. In addition to the Bibles warnings, there are many reasons for a Christian to avoid alcohol. Up to half of all crime is committed while under the influence of alcohol. There is our influence and example to friends, family and children (you cannot teach what you refuse to practice – its called hypocrisy). Many people are strongly predisposed to alcoholism and one drink may begin a lifetime of struggle and suffering. Finally, in view of Jesus soon return, we should avoid anything that would adversely affect our minds, hearts, bodies and social example. (Note: This study has used/adapted material from “Wine in the Bible” by S. Bacchiocchi).
 .
Alcohol causes more pain, death and suffering than all illegal drugs and should be completely avoided by a disciple of Jesus for moral, spiritual and scriptural reasons
 .
What about wine or alcohol? The Bible has no simplistic command that says, “You shall not drink alcohol,” though some warnings come close (The Bible doesn’t say, “Don’ttake LSD”, yet all Christians rightly condemn such drugs). However, the whole voice and direction of the Bible is clearly against intoxicating drink. We can tell this because wine that intoxicates is portrayed negatively in Biblical narratives and is routinely warned against ((Lev 10:8 KJV)  And the LORD spake unto Aaron, saying, (Lev 10:9 KJV)  Do not drink wine nor strong drink, thou, nor thy sons with thee, when ye go into the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations: (Lev 10:10 KJV)  And that ye may put difference between holy and unholy, and between unclean and clean;  (Lev 10:11 KJV)  And that ye may teach the children of Israel all the statutes which the LORD hath spoken unto them by the hand of Moses. (Judg 13:3 KJV)  And the angel of the LORD appeared unto the woman, and said unto her, Behold now, thou art barren, and bearest not: but thou shalt conceive, and bear a son. (Judg 13:4 KJV)  Now therefore beware, I pray thee, and drink not wine nor strong drink, and eat not any unclean thing: (Prov 20:1 KJV)  Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise. (Prov 23:31 KJV)  Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself aright. (Prov 31:4 KJV)  It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink: (Prov 31:5 KJV)  Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted. (Hab 2:5 KJV)  Yea also, because he transgresseth by wine, he is a proud man, neither keepeth at home, who enlargeth his desire as hell, and is as death, and cannot be satisfied, but gathereth unto him all nations, and heapeth unto him all people: (Eph 5:18 KJV)  And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; (1 Tim 3:2 KJV)  A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; (1 Tim 3:3 KJV)  Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; ), whereas non-intoxicating wine is portrayed positively ((Gen 27:28 KJV)  Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine: (Gen 49:10 KJV)  The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be. (Gen 49:11 KJV)  Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass’s colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes: (Gen 49:12 KJV)  His eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk. (Psa 104:14 KJV)  He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth; (Psa 104:15 KJV)  And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man’s heart. (Isa 55:1 KJV)  Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. (Amos 9:13 KJV)  Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt. (John 2:10 KJV)  And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now. (John 2:11 KJV)  This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.). This simultaneous approval and disapproval of ‘wine’ can seem confusing and contradictory. This problem largely disappears when we realize that the Hebrew and Greek words for wine (yayin and oinos) can mean either fermented or unfermented wine. The ancient writers who were contemporaries with many of the Biblical writers use the words to refer to both types of wine.  For example in his book Metereologica, Aristotle (384-322 B.C.) speaks of unfermented grape juice (glukus), saying: “though called wine [oinos], it has not the effect of wine, for it does not taste like wine and does not intoxicate like ordinary wine.” Aristotle explicitly tells us unfermented grape juice was called “oinos” or “wine”. Other examples can be found in ancient Jewish writings also (The Septuagint, a translation of the Old Testament in Greek, often translates the Hebrew word for grape-juice “tirosh” by the Greek word ‘oinos’ or wine). The problem is not wine but what kind of wine. The Bible speaks against fermented wine, but for unfermented wine. Scripture condemns the use of alcoholic beverages because they distort the perception of reality ((Prov 23:33 KJV)  Thine eyes shall behold strange women, and thine heart shall utter perverse things. (Isa 28:7 KJV)  But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment. ); they impair the capacity to make moral, responsible decisions ((Lev 10:9 KJV)  Do not drink wine nor strong drink, thou, nor thy sons with thee, when ye go into the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations: (Lev 10:10 KJV)  And that ye may put difference between holy and unholy, and between unclean and clean; (Lev 10:11 KJV)  And that ye may teach the children of Israel all the statutes which the LORD hath spoken unto them by the hand of Moses.); they weaken moral sensitivities and inhibitions ((Gen 9:21 KJV)  And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent. (Gen 19:32 KJV)  Come, let us make our father drink wine, and we will lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father. (Isa 5:11 KJV)  Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, that they may follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflame them! (Isa 5:12 KJV)  And the harp, and the viol, the tabret, and pipe, and wine, are in their feasts: but they regard not the work of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hands. (Hab 2:15 KJV)  Woe unto him that giveth his neighbour drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest look on their nakedness! ); they cause physical sickness ((Psa 60:3 KJV)  Thou hast showed thy people hard things: thou hast made us to drink the wine of astonishment. (Prov 23:20 KJV)  Be not among winebibbers; among riotous eaters of flesh: (Prov 23:21 KJV)  For the drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty: and drowsiness shall clothe a man with rags. (Isa 19:14 KJV)  The LORD hath mingled a perverse spirit in the midst thereof: and they have caused Egypt to err in every work thereof, as a drunken man staggereth in his vomit. (Hosea 7:5 KJV)  In the day of our king the princes have made him sick with bottles of wine; he stretched out his hand with scorners. ); and they disqualify for civil and religious service ((Lev 10:9 KJV)  Do not drink wine nor strong drink, thou, nor thy sons with thee, when ye go into the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations: (Lev 10:10 KJV)  And that ye may put difference between holy and unholy, and between unclean and clean; (Lev 10:11 KJV)  And that ye may teach the children of Israel all the statutes which the LORD hath spoken unto them by the hand of Moses. (Prov 31:4 KJV)  It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink: (Prov 31:5 KJV)  Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted. (1 Tim 3:2 KJV)  A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; (1 Tim 3:3 KJV)  Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; (Titus 1:7 KJV)  For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre; (Titus 1:8 KJV)  But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate; ). Contrary to popular opinion, it was as hard if not harder to preserve fermented wine than unfermented grape juice. To prevent fermented wine from becoming acid, moldy, or foul-smelling, the ancients used many preservatives such as salt, sea-water, liquid or solid pitch, boiled-down must, marble dust, lime, sulphur fumes or crushed iris. In comparison the preservation of grape juice unfermented was a relatively simpler process. Ancient sources inform us of four main ways: (1) by boiling down the juice to a syrup, (2) by separating the fermentable pulp from the juice of the grape by means of filtration, (3) by placing freshly pressed grape juice in sealed jars which were immersed in a pool of cold water, and (4) by fumigating the wine jars with sulphur before sealing them. What follows are some Bible texts that are commonly misused by people to justify moderate drinking . Many think Jesus turned water into alcoholic wine at the wedding of Cana. Supposedly “good wine” is that which has a high alcoholic content. However, ancient authors from Jesus day considered “good wine” to be unfermented wine whose alcoholic potency had been removed by boiling or filtration. Pliny, for example, says “wines are most beneficial (utilissimum) when all their potency has been removed by the strainer.” (Pliny, Natural History 23, 24, trans. W. H. S. Jones, The Loeb Classical Library, Cambridge, Massachusetts, 1961). Similarly, Plutarch tells us wine is “much more pleasant to drink” when it “neither inflames the brain nor infests the mind or passions” because its strength has been removed through frequent filtering. (Plutarch, Symposiac 8, 7). The ancient Jewish Talmud indicates that drinking to the accompaniment of musical instruments on festive occasions such as a wedding was forbidden. (See Sotah 48a; also Mishna Sotah 9, 11). Some interpret John 2:10 “well drunk” as meaning very intoxicated. But the Greek verb methusko is correctly translated “to drink freely” by the RSV of the Bible, without any implication of intoxication. New Wine in New Wineskins Christ’s statement that “new wine must be put into fresh wineskins” ((Mat 9:17 KJV)  Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.  (Mark 2:22 KJV)  And no man putteth new wine into old bottles: else the new wine doth burst the bottles, and the wine is spilled, and the bottles will be marred: but new wine must be put into new bottles.  (Luke 5:38 KJV)  But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved.), supposedly indicates Jesus approved use of alcohol. This is a strangein terpretation, as Jesus is not even talking about whether one should drink wine or not. Nothing in this passage supports drinking alcohol. It is probable that the wine is non-alcoholic as it is simply not possible for new or old wineskins to withstand the pressure of fermentation! Unfermented grape juice must be put into new wineskins. If new wine was put into old wineskins, remnant material from the pervious wine could start fermentation and develop gas with an enormous pressure that would burst and ruinboth the grape juice and the skin. Unfermented must, after it had been filtered or boiled, is ‘new wine’ which could be safely stored in new wineskins. Luke adds the following tothis story “And no one after drinking old wine desires new; for he says, ‘The old is good ‘”(Luke 5:39). Some people claim Jesus is commending old wine, which is likely fermented. They miss the whole point. In verses 33-39 Jesus is describing how the ‘old’ ways of the Pharisees don’t like the ‘new’ work of Jesus. Jesus says not to put new wine into old wineskins, a new patch on an old garment. He then concludes that one who is used to old wine won’t want the new. The person preferring the old (fermented wine) is the Pharisee who is resisting Jesus new teachings. The Last Supper During Passover time when Jesus instituted the last supper he referred to the wine as the “the fruit of the vine” ( (Mat 26:29 KJV)  But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom. (Mark 14:25 KJV)  Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God. (Luke 22:18 KJV)  For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come. ). The noun “fruit” (gennema) emphasizes this ‘wine’ is that which is in its natural state, just as it is gathered. Fermented wine is not the natural “fruit of the vine” but the unnatural fruit offermentation and decay. The Jewish historian Josephus, a contemporary of the apostles, explicitly calls the three clusters of grapes freshly squeezed in a cup by Pharaoh’s cupbearer as “the fruit of the vine.” (Josephus, Antiquities of the Jews 2, 5,2). The phrase is clearly used to refer to the sweet, unfermented juice of the grape. We should also note that all fermented products (leaven bread etc) were to be disregarded at Passover time. Numerous ancient Christian groups use unfermented grape juice for the last supper.  http://74.125.95.104/search?q=cache:uSTsTdHBOVkJ:www.livingstonsda.org.au/7livingextra.pdf+what+is+the+meaning+of+23+Drink+no+longer+water,+but+use+a+little+wine+for+thy+stomach%27s+sake&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=2

In speaking of the ungodliness of the Gentiles, Peter wrote, “For we have spent enough of our past lifetime in doing the will of Gentiles — when we walked in lewdness, lusts, drunkenness, revelries, drinking parties, and abominable idolatries” (1 Pet 4:3 – NKJV).
 .
In listing the works of the flesh in Galatians 5:19-21, the apostle Paul mentions both drunkenness and revelries. But just in case that wasn’t clear enough, he added these words, “and the like” (v 21). This would be considered somewhat of a “catch-all” phrase for any evil thing not specified in the previous verses. In 1 Thessalonians 5:21-22, Paul wrote, “Test all things; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil” (NKJV). The word translated “good” is from the Greek kalos, meaning “commendable, admirable, excellent in its nature and characteristics, praiseworthy, morally good, noble, affecting the mind agreeably” (Strong’s). None of these traits can be ascribed to the use of alcohol.
 .
The use of alcohol in moderation in social or private settings has many defenders, but no defense. Remember Paul’s admonition to Timothy, “Be not a partaker in other men’s sins, keep thy self pure” (1 Tim 5:22).

Booze may speed shrinking of the brain Chicago Sun-Times –  First, the experts said drinking low to moderate amounts of alcohol was a good idea, that it might protect against heart disease.  I admit I had lost all respect for the supposedly great preacher Spurgeon who was so ready to preach to others about their sins, but he himself now could not resist  the Temptation of a cigar.  Similar we find out that other preachers could not give up smoking too.. Look at this reference in regard to AB Simpson, the past founder of the Christian Missionary Alliance denomination now too.  “The Man, the movement, and the mission-A documentary of the C&MA”  Cut directly from their national web site. It was the custom for the ministers of the district to meet together to discuss all things common. This little reunion, in its proper sequence, was held one day at the Manse. And unaccountably strange odor of tobacco smoke began to steal upstairs. Suddenly the study door flew open and a towering figure of fury – all of four feet, one inch in its stocking feet – stood at the threshold. “SMOKING! Out of this house!” said Grannie Simpson, and in a body the ministerial association moved.  https://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=15796002&postID=3424830162204895882   http://reversion-clause.com/

The CMA is a pretentious and one of the most demonic churches I have been too made up of lying hypocrites where the professing Christians not only abuse people, poor people included, but they indulge in Alcohol too often too.. “I know that as a minister in the C&MA I am called to abstain from drinking alcoholic beverages, here at Safe Harbor there are just a few of people who voluntary give up drinking. The majority of our church drinks: beer, wine, and of course margaritas. I do not have a problem with this. Some pastors would. I can sum up my position by quoting Derek Webb, “While I do not condone drunkenness, I do condone drinking” http://lukecamara.blogspot.com/2007/05/jesus-and-wine.html
.
and what other pastoral vices now are now being PERMITTED falsely today,  the handing out of beer, wine, alcoholic beverages, playboy, pornography, acts of cheating, lying, stealing, STEALING THE TITHES, adultery, tax evasions still?

There are several basic, ground rules in proper Bible interpretation that must be followed by all persons now  before anyone even attempts to fully study the Holy Scripture. The first rule is pray and ask the Holy spirit to guide you, to teach you.. not rather self, mere men or women.. we should seek first and not last the Holy Spirit for illumination. The Holy Spirit wants to share the treasures of God’s Word with those who rightfully do esteem Him. The most important principle to remember in studying God’s Word is that it can only be understood with the help of the Holy Spirit.  Those who approach the Bible without the Holy Spirit to teach them, may gain some insight into truths, their lives, but also  will receive no definite, permanent, important life-changing revelation.  Bible Commentaries should be used only very sparingly if at  all. Even the most anointed man or woman, preacher  of God clearly still can be wrong, biased, have a hidden agenda, limited, (or just shallow) in their understanding or interpretation of certain Bible topics, subjects. Do not believe any man or women, rather solely Take God’s word for it.

The police commissioners said alcohol-related crime cost an estimated $1.7 billion a year. They said 40 per cent of people detained attributed their offence to alcohol. Police chiefs unite in push for alcohol reforms  http://lastthing.wordpress.com/tag/alcohol/

We know that alcoholism is a terrible sin  that now damages the person’s brain, affects their ability  to work, to drive a car, and negatively affects their own behavior and affects many others too. The same reality is true of one taking now bad drugs as well and even too often getting angry…
.
Alcoholics now are also the  bad people but so are the drug users. They tend to cost significant expenditures for the taxpayers as well.. THEY ARE THE OFTEN CAUSE OF VIOLENCE AND CRIMMINAL ACTS NOW TOO…

Drink Alcohol and Die or Kill is fast becoming Canada’s preoccupation, main goal, slogan.. Alcohol and alcoholics the unacceptable main cause of vehicular  accidents, domestic violence, and so many other ills… DRUNK DRIVING  KILLS AT LEAST 5 TIMES MORE PERSONS OVER SPEEDING FIRSTLY

MONTREAL — A 57-year-old Quebecer who racked up 20 charges for drunk driving was sentenced to life in jail after he hit and killed a woman last year.

Don’t drink and walk, doctor urges  Metro Canada – Toronto –  Alcohol impairs many of the faculties that normally keep you safe, says trauma surgeon Dr. Thomas Esposito at Loyola University in Chicago. So do the bad drugs now too..

More Canadians are trying to drink themselves to sleep, Quebec study finds  Canwest News Service ,  Canadians are spending hundreds of millions of dollars every year self-medicating their insomnia with alcohol, a new study suggests.

As a person who has regularly followed the related Canadian news stores, issues in regard to drunk driving, speeding, accidents, driver error it is  VERY CLEAR TO ME THAT THE NEWS MEDIA SPIN for the major causes of the accidents, and also for the hidden tax, the need for more revenue generating traffic tickets, THEIR TRUTH  VARIES FROM DAY TODAY AND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AS BEING ANYTHING CLOSE TO THE TRUTH. Not even in Alberta. Why? Poor Journalism for a start, lying, incompetent politicians, policemen’s views too.

Honking, fist-shaking, screaming, obnoxious drivers: the symptoms of road rage.    Insurance Corporation of British Columbia  Psychologist John Vavrik, who studies driving behaviour for ICBC, says road rage can be better understood as “aggressive driving spectrum disorder.” According to Vavrik, road rage can take many forms.  “There’s not a clean definition of it. It’s basically an aggressive act aimed at hurting somebody or sending a message to somebody,” Vavrik said.  “The people most at risk of engaging in these behaviours are the least likely to control their behaviour,” he said. “They have low emotional intelligence. They don’t have the tools or skills or strategy to manage their emotions.  “In those extreme cases, we’re talking about sociopathic issues. The driver’s a walking time bomb.”  According to Vavrik, “road-ragers” are generally underachievers, individuals who lack assertiveness and control, and do not have the status in life they desire.  He said the “depersonalized space” of a vehicle is a trigger to road rage, as is an unexpected traffic delay, such as that caused by a slow driver, or being stuck behind an idle bus. http://www.timescolonist.com/Road+ragers+generally+underachievers+psychologist/1443637/story.html
Now we know that more people have accident due to road rage, impaired driving, driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol  over speeding too and we still do need to review how much time and resources do the police deal with that speeding and neglect the drunk drivers firstly? “
 ‘
In 2006, 232 Ontarians were killed in traffic accidents in which alcohol was a factor.  “We’ve had an increased number of impaired driving fatalities in Ontario though we’re still seeing a downward trend in Ontario,” is still not enough policing here.
 ‘

  ‘
Ironically I had even written recently that the Conservatives clearly are basically no different than the Liberals, and both have much too many alcoholics now as well..”
 ‘
70 percent of Canadians drink alcohol, 15 percent Canadians are alcoholic, binge drinkers so of course alcohol is associated now with politics, Christian politicians as well..
 ‘
Drinking alcohol cause permanent brain damage, it also causes a significant deterioration of one’s mental capabilities, deterioration of one’s inter personal relationship skills, it also causes more car accidents than speeding or not having adequate winter tires, it also reduces significantly one’s work productivity as well undeniably too. It has ruined many families as well. So do please tell us all now:

“when will mayor get serious with aggressive drivers and cyclists? ” Toronto mayor refuses comment on Bryant
Toronto police said Tuesday that a “magnitude” of charges were being considered following an apparent altercation that left a cyclist dead and a former high-profile Ontario cabinet minister reportedly in custody…. some witnesses also said the driver appeared to try to remove the cyclist by brushing up against trees and poles.
Now was alcohol now involved as well? was a Police breath analyzer used on Mr Bryant ?
An illustration sadly of what can happen when tempers escalate beyond the point of reason? Some say Take a brief moment to consider these events to determine what you will do if faced with a similar circumstance. Yes but what about a supposedly mature persons who has even a justice Minister. who clearly should have known much better and lead a more exemplary life now too..  Could he have done anything different? or did alcohol have a devious negative effect here too? Drug impaired driving, drunk driving, road age, driving incompetence, and car racing are still the main cause of the majority of all vehicle.. we already do know alcohol and road age is associated with over 40 percent of vehicular accidents..
Police say Sheppard, 33, grabbed onto a car following an altercation with the driver. They say the driver Mr. Bryant still drove way with Sheppard hanging on. Why did Bryant not rather stop?  He Sheppard  then next fell and suffered fatal injuries and dies one hour later. Sheppard’s girlfriend says he had been  drinking the night he died.  Misty Bailey said Sheppard was drunk when he visited her and he rested and slept, then insisted on going home.  Bailey said she didn’t ask him to leave and would have loved for him to stay where she knew he’d be safe.  Sheppard, at one point, was in the back of a police cruiser and she asked police to drive him home, but instead they let Sheppard go, she said.  Police have said they responded to a call about Sheppard barely an hour before his death, but added there were no allegations of criminal activity.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/090902/national/bryant_cyclist_killed

Apparently alcohol was involved in Shepherd’s rage, acts, otherwise why would the girlfriend want the police to drive him home?  likely confirms what I have said.. that we already do know alcohol and road age is associated with over 40 percent of vehicular accidents..

Two days after the Bloor Street collision that left a bike messenger dead, the girlfriend of Darcy Allan Sheppard is questioning why police allowed him to bicycle home in the first place. But after dozing intermittently, Mr. Sheppard insisted on bicycling back to his own apartment. Leaving Ms. Bailey’s, he was immediately apprehended by Toronto police, who were responding to a call of “unknown trouble” at the building. Mr. Sheppard was placed into the back of the police cruiser.  For Ms. Bailey, this is where she last saw her boyfriend alive. It is also where she wishes he could have stayed, and that the police could have driven him all the way home in one piece. “I asked for the police to give him a ride home,” said Ms. Bailey, 34, adding that her friends also made similar requests. “They said ‘No, he’s going to [take] himself home.”  Shortly afterward, Mr. Sheppard was killed in a collision with a black Saab convertible on Bloor Street West, just east of Avenue Road. Former attorney-general Michael Bryant has been charged in connection with the death.  http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/toronto/girlfriend-of-dead-cyclist-questions-police-refusal-to-drive-him-home/article1273891/

The police themselves are not off the hook in these matters…  and are caught between the devil and the deep blue sea as well.. DAMMED IF THEY DO AND DAMMED IF THEY DO NOT CHARGE BRYANT

Toronto Police are being criticized for their perceived special treatment of Michael Bryant. The former Attorney General was charged with the death of a cyclist and taken into custody Monday night. By the time Bryant held a press conference on Tuesday afternoon, he was wearing a fresh, clean suit that had been dropped off at the station. And he never appeared in bail court. Instead, Bryant was released and will face a judge for the first time on October 19. That sparked prominent defence lawyer Edward Sapiano to say that anyone else, aside from a police officer or politician, would have been forced to show up in bail court unshaven and dishevelled.   http://www.citytv.com/toronto/citynews/news/local/article/56895–cops-criticized-for-perceived-special-treatment-of-michael-bryant

Michael Bryant, who once appointed judges and oversaw Crown prosecutors, has now suddenly found himself on the opposite side of the judicial system, accused of criminal negligence causing death and dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death in the altercation involving Darcy Allan Sheppard. Now his career and reputation have been severely damaged already as a result too so Bryant is supposedly trying to buy his way out of it by hiring the best PR, lawyers too. Reminds me of the OJ Simpson fiasco.Rich and Powerful  Michael Bryant has hired the best PR, Lawyers, Spin doctors to try to clean up his tarnished image, to falsely deny he killed someone too.

This guy should clearly not be driving, and yes, I would consider him a danger to the public based on the eyewitnesses’ accounts.  Do the police have any proof that Bryant was not drinking?  I have not heard that a breathalyser was administered to Bryant, or about whether there was alcohol purchased at the restaurant where he was celebrating. It sounds as though police are simply taking him at his word. That is insane, given the outrageous manner in which he was allegedly driving.  And if he wasn’t drinking, then there is something seriously wrong with him. He needed to stop his vehicle after allegedly hitting Sheppard, and he needed to stop his vehicle when Sheppard held on to his vehicle. Nobody in their right mind would accelerate under those conditions – particularly when there were bystanders who could help him if he felt he was in danger.  I’m just wondering how Bryant, and his PR firm have spun the story so that the guy who allegedly hit a person on a bike, and used his vehicle as a weapon is now being depicted as a “victim” who was terrorized – I think it is more accurate to say that if you hit a person/cyclist, then try to knock them away when they are trying to stop you from leaving – that is terrorizing someone. I keep reading posts with people saying that if someone held onto their car, they would accelerate (up to 90km/hr into oncoming traffic?) – that’s safe?.( that is  murderous).. I try to imagine someone calm, like my mom yelling at a cyclist, then nudging them with her car and driviing away (hit and run?), then when the person is holding on (after being allegedly assaulted..), driving her vehicle in such a way as to remove the person in any way possible. It’s just not reasonable.  Apply the brake, apologize for hitting the person while on their bike, and say sorry. http://www.cbc.ca/canada/toronto/story/2009/09/04/bryant-conditions.html#

Now  also we have more  revelation in Sept 2009 of alcohol abuse in Ontario too  And why did it take so long to investigate and take action when this was brought out before in the past?

The “culture of entitlement” at the lottery corporation appears to be a deep-rooted problem that will not be solved by the new procedures put in place by Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty, said Kevin Gaudet, federal director of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation.

Under the new Ontario Government rules revealed this month , employees with unacceptable expense claims such as alcohol for staff functions and personal items must repay the taxpayers. McGuinty’s move follows the revelations employees at Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp expensed items such as a $3,713.77 dinner for 38 people that included more than 10 bottles of wine and other alcohol. The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp.’s 10 highest-paid employees expensed at least $2,533 on alcohol between January, 2007, and December, 2008. A sales and marketing meeting at the Keg resulted in a $260 liquor tab; 38 people at a pre- Sound of Music business dinner drank $885 worth of alcoholic beverages. Any hospitality event at which alcohol was served would have to receive prior approval. The same provincial public-service rules also require written approval before all out-of-province travel, rarely evident in the documents the province made public this week. It all now still reveals a culture of acceptability that is inappropriate in a recession and in any Crown environment. The past provincial directive, which has been in place since 2004, states that “reimbursement of meal costs must not include the reimbursement for any alcoholic beverages.” The Ontario Liberals have also ordered a review of the 600 provincial agencies, boards and commissions to root out spending abuses. New Democrat Leader Andrea Horwath said the added layer of scrutiny doesn’t assuage concerns about widespread illicit spending among government agencies. NOW WHAT ABOUT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT?

Alberta drug and alcohol deaths have doubled in the past decade  Edmonton Sun  CALGARY — The number of recorded drug and alcohol deaths in Alberta has more than doubled in the past decade, says the province’s chief medical examiner. From 1998 to 2008, Alberta’s population has grown by only 13% while the annual number of non-suicide deaths attributable to intoxicants has leaped to 437 from 210. Kim Borden, research officer with the chief medical examiner’s office, was at a loss to explain why the number would so far exceed the province’s population increase. “But I do know drugs and drug-related deaths are a huge problem — it’s right up there with car crash fatalities,” she said. “It’s growing every year.” , the figures for deaths caused by drugs are likely much higher because the number of autopsies are so limited.
 ‘
So vehicular  speeding is not the major cause of accidents, deaths but impaired driving and yet the police like to go after speeders, over the drunk drivers still and why was that?
 ‘
It is not the rapists, drunk drivers that mostly  fill the courts calendars, docks it is mostly the revenue generating traffic tickets.. if the government wants to get tough on crime, as it purports, it should go after the real criminals. Drunk, impaired drivers too.  After all speeding is not the major cause of vehicular accidents, what you did not know that yet? and the police Chief himself did not tell you? What is then the cause of major car accidents? Drunk driving, road rage, impaired driving, distracted while driving…. and what the revenue generating traffic division has not gone after all this mostly instead yet too? and why Not? The Cops becoming judge and jury, now taking the law into their own hands  even when they still say “ In most cases, our cops are the best to judge if stunt driving is really stunt driving. Or, is it simply speeding. If that is the case, they should charge accordingly or face more legal challenges.” And them the cops still being continually soft on drunk drivers is cause too many cops do  drink alcohol now too?  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/09/10/speeding-is-not-the-major-cause-of-car-accidents-still/

Saskatchewan has introduced the toughest repeat drunk-driving sentencing policy in Canada, just in time for the holiday party season. As of Friday in Saskatchewan, there will be a minimum mandatory 30-day jail sentence for repeat offenders who have had one prior conviction in the past five years or two convictions in the past ten years.  Further, if a convicted drunk driver has two convictions in the past five years or three in the past ten years, the mandatory jail sentence will be 120 days.  These sentences will be more severe if the drunk driving offences have caused bodily harm or if the offender is found to be driving while disqualified. http://www.torontosun.com/news/canada/2009/12/09/12098391.html

Alcohol is more dangerous than illegal drugs like heroin and crack cocaine, according to a new study.Heroin, crack cocaine and methamphetamine, or crystal meth, were the most lethal to individuals. When considering their wider social effects, alcohol, heroin and crack cocaine were the deadliest. But overall, alcohol outranked all other substances, followed by heroin and crack cocaine. Experts said alcohol scored so high because it is so widely used and has devastating consequences not only for drinkers but for those around them. When drunk in excess, alcohol damages nearly all organ systems. It is also connected to higher death rates and is involved in a greater percentage of crime than most other drugs, including heroin. All governments should consider more education programs and raising the price of alcohol so it isn’t as widely available.    “What governments decide is illegal is not always based on science,”  for monetary considerations about revenue and taxation, like those garnered from the alcohol and tobacco industries, may influence decisions about which substances to regulate or outlaw. “Drugs that are legal cause at least as much damage, if not more, than drugs that are illicit,”     http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/101031/health/health_eu_med_dangerous_alcohol

Provincial Governments, cops too  do not want to reduce gambling or alcohol consumption for it is a great money maker for them, and too many Canadian politicians and cops do like to booze..
.

The problem with the Police or Politicians consuming alcohol, is that alcohol not only makes you a mental retard cause it does now kills your brain cell, alcohol also kills your emotions of compassion, and  reasoning ability now as well..

.

Ever notice that if you watch the movies or the TV they give you a really lying, distorted image of alcohol drinkers where they are all smiling, happy faces too.. unlike the real taverns, bar scenes ehh.. where people cause trouble, are depressed, etc.,,

When entertaining, it can be made ahead and then simmered at an extremely low temperature until time to serve – this actually will enhance the flavor. Be sure to serve with Naan bread and yogurt salad (raita), along with lots of basmati rice. We like to serve at least two curried meat meals and a vegetable dish such as alu mattar, along with as many side-dishes as possible.
Chop spices and garlic in blender, along with tomato sauce, water and finally add yogurt and pulse to mix.
Sauté chicken pieces in oil and then add onions, continue cooking till onions are transparent and tender and chicken is reasonably well-cooked.Pour spice mixture over the chicken and onions and bring to a boil, stirring well.
Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally until chicken is tender for about 45 minutes.
Add lemon juice, and garnish your curried chicken with fresh coriander leaves.

Chicken Cacciatore
“Chicken in the style of hunters” – Chicken Cacciatore, or is it Chicken Cattiatore is great served with garlic toast and a huge Caesar Salad!

Stir in tomatoes, including juice, tomato paste and seasonings.
Cook, covered on low heat, stirring regularly for about 40 – 50 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare your favorite type of spiral pasta, by adding to lightly-salted boiling water with a dash of olive oil.
Mix drained, cooked pasta in with the chicken/sauce mixture and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serves four.

Beef Stroganoff
1½  pounds (600 gm) lean sirloin beef steak
6 – 8 white button mushrooms, sliced
3 medium onions chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups (500 ml) beef stock
5½ ounce (156 ml) can of tomato paste
1½ cups (375 ml) sour cream
2 tbsp (30 ml) flour
3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Hot cooked fettuccine noodles
Trim excess fat from the beef and cut into 1/2″ x 2″ ( 1 cm x 5 cm) strips across the grain of the meat. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a large frying pan until very hot, add the oil and cook the beef strips quickly – cooking in about three batches so that it fries and doesn’t start to stew. Add the onion and continue to cook a few minutes more, then add the garlic and mushrooms.
Add the tomato paste and the beef stock, mix well, bring to a boil and continue to simmer.
Combine the flour and the sour cream in a small bowl then carefully add this to the pan, stirring well. Do not allow to boil but maintain the temperature until pasta and side dishes are ready.

1/2 tsp ground black pepper (3 ml)
3/4 tsp (4 ml) ground cumin

A great all-in-one-dish meal that the whole family will love!
Brown pork in oil. Set aside.
Sauté  onions and then add garlic and ginger, cook for 5 more minutes. Add chicken stock, water and tomatoes, including their liquid.
Break up the tomatoes, while bringing to the boil, add the spices and finally the rice.
Put a third of the mixture into an ovenproof casserole and add a layer of pork  then some rice mixture, more pork, and then add remaining rice mixture over top.
Cover casserole tightly,: if lid is loose-fitting you can use a layer of aluminum foil below it to get a better seal.
Bake at 350°F or 180°C for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and fluff up the rice before stirring in the frozen peas.
Continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes, covered.1 pork chop per person, trimmed of excess fat

Shepherd’s Pie or Cottage Pie
This recipe for a basic Shepherd’s Pie. In England this would be called Cottage Pie, whereas Shepherd’s Pie would be made with lamb. In Quebec it is known as Pâté Chinois’, or Chinese Pâté and would have a layer of sweet corn. .
500 gm lean ground beef
2 medium yellow onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
5-6 mushrooms, sliced
olive oil
parsley, pepper and salt to taste
2 packages Oxo brand bouillon or equivalent
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (10 ml)
3/4 cup breadcrumbs (40 gm)
1 egg
5-6 white potatoes boiled and mashed with a little butter and milk (save water to make gravy)
Prepare potatoes and put on to boil. Sauté beef, onions, garlic and mushrooms in a little oil. Drain excess fats when cooked and stir in seasonings and beef bouillon powder. Add the breadcrumbs, egg and mix well before spreading into a casserole. Add a little of the water from the potatoes to ensure moistness.
Top with mashed potato and finish the top as desired. I like to use a small kitchen knife to get a rough finish that turns out slightly crispy. Spritz with a little olive oil before baking to get a crispier, more golden-brown topping.
Bake in 350°F or 180°C oven until the top starts to brown (about 35 minutes) I often finish using the broiler for extra color if needed.Serve with gravy and desired vegetable.

Roast Parmesan Potatoes
An interesting twist on regular roasted potatoes or french fries: I must admit they are slightly decadent, but make a great side dish with barbecued pork, sausage, hamburgers or chicken.
700 gm Parisienne potatoes (uncooked), or you can make your own by scooping out white potatoes with a large melon baller (approx 1½” or 3.5 cm diameter)
1/2 tsp (3 ml) dry mustard powder
1 cup (100 gm) grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp (5 ml) parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp (3 ml) garlic powder
1/2 cup  (125 ml) melted butter
1 cup (90 gm) breadcrumbs
Combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.
Stir mustard into the melted butter. Brush the Parisienne potatoes with melted butter mixture and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture to coat all surfaces.
Arrange in a single layer in a shallow roasting dish. Spray with a little olive oil.
Bake at 375°F or 190°C for 45-60 minutes, rolling the potatoes occasionally to ensure even roasting.

The essential Relgious, Christian truths

Personal depression is also related to having a God shaped vacuum in our own life, and from deviating from God, his words in the Bible, God’s will and plan for our life too.

– God is the center of the Universe, and not any man, mankind. Man’s sin includes falsely still doing his own thing, following after mere men instead of God.
– The Bible is the word of God, is God’s complete truth, it is all inspired, written by God himself, and it is still teaches us filly God’s truths that we must know, follow, practice today as well.
– Jesus is God and he undeniably loves each one of us that he died for our sins so we can accept his forgiveness and be with him in Heaven. Everyone can be solely saved by Jesus Christ alone, Jews included, and there is no other way a person can be saved from hell.
– The Holy Spirit is  a person, the sprit of Jesus Christ, and whether some admit it or not, like it or not his gifts are all in operation today including the gift of prophecy, speaking in tongues, interpretation of tongues, healing, deliverance as well. The Holy sprit is given to us to help each one of us personal walk in reality the Christian life.
– God does and can speak to us also outside of the Bible as well, he through His son Jesus, the Holy Spirit leads and guides us personally too, and we all can and must learn how to listen to, hear  his voice.
– Prayer is an essential ongoing aspect of God’s will for each one of us, we must give God permission to act here on earth and in our life, and we all must personally seek, follow, get to now  know his ongoing  will for each one us as well.
– A daily quite time, Biblical devotions and prayer is a must for every person.
– We have a responsibility to share the good news with others, and  to look after our own family, as well as to help the poor and needy persons as well.
– There’s only one place we all can be saved, and that is  here on earth for  after death  it is too late for everyone to be saved.
– All sin is still an affront against God and each sin must be daily, continually admitted, repented, turned from  as well, including cheating, lying, stealing, adultery, fornication, alcoholism, drunkenness, divorce, abusing ourselves and others too.
– God is not mocked, in spite of His grace of forgiveness, next what a person continues to willfully, deliberately sow, do wrong as well, they next will also reap here on earth and elsewhere.
– Jesus Christ alone is Still the head of the Church and not any man, pastor, elder, priests, apostle, prophet.
BY THE WAY COUNT ON IT IF YOU TELL THE TRUTH THE SAME PERSON LIKLEY NEXT WILL OPPOSE IT CAUSE THE  DEVIL WILL SEND THEM TO DO IT TOO..
